Elsa helps visualize and summarize your well-being over time so that you can analyze it on your own or even share it with your health care team, if you want. By tracking your health, you can reach valuable insights that help you better manage your pain and fatigue levels over time. You can track things like joint pain, medication intake, overall well-being and physical activity. There is also room for describing your day in your own words, like you would in a diary.

The app includes an extensive knowledge library and blog with news from the medical field as well as inspirational articles. Elsa gives you everything from the latest research into chronic illnesses to tips on how to better manage your stress levels.
