Does not open
i have downloaded the Embassy Suite app and it doesn’t open. It opens to a black background. It deleted it and tried downloading it again to see if it would get fixed. It didn’t. I deleted it completely. i know go online to the embassy suites to book. It was too frustrating with the app. Don’t download it!!

No reason for a reason
Just another attempt to get a better understanding. It’s proven that either something wrong with the is or not capable to retrieve enough data’s to force it’s way.
Anyhow, no reason not to be able to use Java. What a mess just more time exhausting have to get the chi so……more yen?

Total garbage
The app hangs on a “Checking for Content Update” screen from which it never recovers. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the app several times but it does not remedy the issue. Why don’t these developers test their apps before releasing them?

Useless
I LOVE Embassy Suites, but the app has never opened correctly. I downloaded the app, and tried to open it. It says ‘checking for content update’ and never gets past that screen. So honestly I have no idea what the app is like, because it has never opened. USELESS

Not a good app
This app is very strange. It always opens with a location and then gives information on the location. It won’t allow me to change anything to search. I’ve checked for updates. I’m just going to delete the app completely.

Not a good app
While downloading it’s stuck on one specific page .. Everytime I get out the app or refresh it .. it’s still on that same page saying it’s looking for an update .. needs fixing

Don’t bother
This app is trash. Like everyone else’s review, it just opens to a black screen and that’s about as far as you get. You would think being part of the Hilton brand that they could afford a decent dev team.

Opens to a random location and a schitzo video of a location. Offers no information or ability to schedule anything or upgrade room. Terrible in comparison to competition.

Use Hilton Honors app instead
This app is worthless and must not be supported anymore. As others have stated, it gets stuck on an initial screen and does nothing. I downloaded Hilton Honors app and it works perfectly.
