The way you use the money is up to you, personalize the ambulance or upgrade the lifesupport in it. Upgrading the lifesupport keeps the patients stable for longer, giving you more time to get them to the hospital. You can also use the money to purchase different ambulances.There are also a lot of customisation options for the Ambulances, including paints and acessories.

Good game but...
I wish the cars would move out of the way and I wish that there was not a time thing and other then that it’s is the best game ever I play it all the time and the fire truck game you guys have they are both supper good games and I love them a lot and could you try and fix that other then that 5 star rated game so yeah could you fix that please and with the fore truck game could you do it when like they pulled over and that’s all I waned to say so I hope you can fix that game for me (;

I think that you should not have time to get the person and the cars not moving is so ongoing and can you add more cars also the par we’re the laying person is on I think that the road should be closed I love the game just some stuff that I think that would help you make the game more fun

Great game but look here...
The game is great thought it could use an update. Whenever I pass by cars they never actually stop and move to the side for me so then I can’t make the right turns. Then theirs the speed bumps. When ever I go over one at like 5 mph, I still get launched up 15 ft in the air, and some different calls to respond to would be good. Also a siren set some where on the screen. The same siren over and over again drives me nuts. If yelp, manual and prty is put in, that would not make me want to throw my iPad across the room. I’m hoping I can get a response and these changes are put in.

Fabulous! One Problem Though...
Everything from the ambulance to the various calls you can answer is GREAT! However I do have one request. I’m going 20km/h however going over the speed bump I get launched up 20ft into the air! Like I know the speed bumps are for the reason for prevent speeding, but don’t you agree they are a little OP. Besides that, Everything is Perfection!

I know there will be a police version, but could you make it more American since there is no American police simulator?
Also, you guys are one of the most realistic simulators of all IOS since you guy allow us you players to deny or accept a misson.
I would say add multiplayer and make a radio for us to respond pls, for the police simulator make it like real life so you could get out your vehicle and even do more like add things to your squad car, I would love it for players to get into shoot outs, make aresst, and even make traffic stops.
For police guns, it would be a “Glock 17”

All Red Lights
I’m very fond of this game, but I wish I had the option of buying and installing my fleet of ambulances with All Red Lights and not just all blue lights. Not all ambulances have all blue lights. I live in Florida, but I’m from Pennsylvania. Both Florida and Pennsylvania’s ambulances use All Red Lights. If you can add the option of All Red Lights, then I’ll seriously guarantee that I’ll change my review to 5 Stars.

Good Game
The only issues is the cars won’t get out of the way and sometimes you have to stop and start driving again from a glitchy hat maxes the speed to 14. A good game other then that.

Realistic
I have both this game and the firefighter one I love the games just wish cars would actually move over wish I could switch back from lights to sirens without having to turn them off other than that it’s a fun game to play

The time and money
This is an awesome game. Everyone should have it. The ambulances are great but in the fire truck game you got more money and it is hard to get money in this game. I also don’t like the time because in the fire truck game there is no time and I don’t want time in this game. But remember other than that this is a really good game.
