The app enables a comprehensive presentation of your personal medical records and emergency contacts. In addition to doctors, meds, conditions, surgeries, allergies, vaccinations, and health insurance categories which allow unlimited entries, the Alert category includes personal items such as a pacemaker and contact lenses and a mental health notice plus the standard medical alerts.
Once downloaded, all of your data is stored on the device and available without an Internet connection.

How do you get into this app to start it?
The first thing that popped up was the log in page with no way to get into the app to fill it out! Doesn't do me much good if I cannot get into it! Only gave one star as I could not leave with none marked?

I downloaded this app and then when I opened it; I was on a screen asking for a user name and password. Didn't have one so I couldn't go any further. I uninstalled the app.

Crashes to the point of driving the user insane. Really good idea, needs a lot of work as of now though. :-(
