LOVE.
I’m not sure why this app is rated so low. Seems to be a lot of user error. I love this app. I love how it’s all videos and she walks you through and it just plays. I don’t have to be looking at my phone constantly as to what I should be doing or pressing buttons for the next move. I love this app. I recommend it 10x over. I have followed emily for about a year now and she’s just so inspiring! And the app is just great. The breathe reminders. The form reminders. The pep talk. It’s great. And you DONT need a gym membership. It does require some work out equipment as it’s not an all body weight program. But those are good investments and you can find out in your free trial you need them. It’s not that hard to navigate and it’s not unheard of to own your own equipment. I have 5 & 10lb dumbbells, a 20lb kettlebell, a yoga mat, some resistance bands, and an exercise ball. This all cost me less than $100 and it’s mine for life. It’s not the apps fault you don’t have them. Anyways, I love this app and have referred some friends! Get it!’

Best Workout App (from someone who hates working out)!!!
I literally never review apps of any kind but I love Emily and I love her workouts so much! This app has so many programs and you’re not locked into one once you start. She has so much valuable information on the body and nutrition. I’ve never been able to commit to a workout plan or actually enjoy it, but I love the diversity of the exercises, the length of the workouts and the stretching sessions (which I usually skip if I’m on my own - bad, I know!). Because I follow Emily on IG and I know how great of a person she is, it makes these workouts feel even more personable and motivating. I’ve only just started using the app so I don’t have a “transformation photo” yet but I’m honestly just enjoying that I don’t hate working out! I have tried other well known apps in the past and never stuck with them or enjoyed them enough to continue working out, let alone pay for them. Emily’s is GOLD!!! Thank you!

Finally a fitness app that focuses on women’s bodies and needs
I used to love lifting weights, but after my first baby my body felt so broken and I was injured when I started trying to workout again so it took me years to get back to where my body felt healthy again. This time I found Emily Skye and her program that caters to the postpartum body so I can focus on healing first and don’t get injured again. I feel like this is so needed because I know so many women that never fully recover their pelvic floor or ab separation. I suffered a lot more ab separation this time around but I already feel much stronger in my core and everything feels much more together in my second week of this program. I’m sure I would’ve pushed myself and made my injuries much worse if I didn’t have this program to help guide and teach me to heal myself. Thank you!

Back On!
I was almost to 11 months straight with working out 5 days a week. Then our family suffered a sudden loss due to suicide of my boyfriends 19 year old amazing daughter. It knocked me right off my horse. I gained 15 pounds within 3 months. I was devastated all the way around and back again.
I’m so thankful that Emily created this start strong program. I’m back to my daily workouts without pushing for too long of a workout time. Start to finish they under a 1/2 hour thus far. It’s enough to get me back on track and feel where I’ve really lost my strength. But, I’m seeing it come back quickly. Love all that you do, Emily. For both our bodies AND our minds. Happy New Year!

Preferred the previous app
I preferred the daily workouts from the previous app. This one is good, but I find myself looking at these and saying “I’ll just put together my own thing for the day” (especially because most of the exercises in this new app, I’ve never practiced before). But then most of the time, I don’t get around to exercising because I’m not great at doing my own thing. 5 different exercises every day is better than one of these every couple of weeks. I can’t decide if I should keep spending the $ on it or if I will eventually gain the confidence to go straight into a workout without knowing what I’m doing. Having the old daily routines, was easier because I went through all the phases, so I knew those exercises.

Also, I’m upset that I previously paid for the challenges and now I can’t access them. I can’t get them through the app or website(s).

Bad customer service!!
If you try the free trial, make sure to CANCEL BEFORE your free trial is up. I downloaded this app to try it because I follow Emily and love her! I just wasn’t using the app because it was too hard to see the workouts on my phone, I need something I can stream on my TV, So I got Something else I could stream.
I was supposed to cancel by February 3, 2021. I forgot to cancel it, and when I remembered I tried to cancel it on February 4th, 2021, but I had already been charged $119 for the year. I emailed customer service to explain to them that I forgot to cancel the free trial and do not use the app and that I would like a refund. They said they’re sorry, but as outlined in the terms & conditions they will not issues refunds for unused subscription periods, accidental purchase, late cancelation or any other similar event.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had!! If you don’t like a product you should be issued a refund, regardless what the terms & conditions are!!!

Using this app for 4 years!
Hello, I heard about Emily Skye through a friend of mine and have been using her for 4 years. Though I’m not super fit like she is, (because I’m a huge foodie) but I think I look pretty good for five kids using her. her work outs are great! I also love the 6 week challenges for something more challenging. I don’t use the nutrition part of it. I count my macros on a different app. But I have really enjoyed this app for the past four years. I started using this app before she had her babies and after she had her babies, I think I enjoyed it more because I could connect to her better as a mother myself. Highly recommend.

My favorite app
I found the Emily Skye program while I was pregnant and did the pregnancy program throughout my pregnancy and had an awesome, natural birth at home! (I think staying active with the program made a huge impact on my ability to do that) I did the whole post part I’m program after and have been doing the dailies ever since. I love the versatility of being able to have curated workouts at home or in the gym, it’s so nice to be able to just hit start and go without having to think about what I’m going to do and plan a whole workout on my own. 10/10 would (and do) recommend this app to anyone!

Wish I started sooner.
I finally just decided to trial the app at 10 months postpartum. I started on stage 3 of strength and rebuild after baby program. My only regret was not starting sooner in my post baby journey. I’ve done many different training programs and I’m so impressed by the simplicity and effectiveness of each selected exercise. I really like to push myself so sometimes during rest periods I will squeeze in other workouts but it is not necessary to do that with this program. For anyone who wants to get back strength and confidence after baby, do not delay! When your doctor clears you: download this app ASAP!!

Love it . Totally recommend.
I really love this app, I am not a gym person so I’m happy to find something for home workouts. I know there are many apps and I tried few, however I find Emily’s workout very inspiring and positive, it is filled with her personality I think. I also know for sure I will see results because Emily demonstrated it personally.
Furthermore, I love food recommendations! I spend great amount of time going through them which helps to feel better about food in general as I see how diverse nutrition can be.
This is a full package that I hope will transform my lifestyle forever. Thank you Emily and team!
