Good afternoon,
The app worked great at one point and was accurate on data and other services.
The app currently does not load anymore each time it is clicked to update steps, music and time. It does not open or anything and currently cannot update my daylight savings. Please assist.

EA not working at all! Please fix or I’ll need to call Armani Corporate
I have multiple hybrid watches in my collection. I’m not able to use any of them at the moment due to them being set at the wrong time due to daylight savings. I’ve installed and deleted the app over the last month multiple times and NOTHING has worked yet as the app doesn’t open. Please don’t discontinue this app as that will render all my hybrid watches (a total of 9 that I own) utterly useless. Something needs to be done or I’m calling corporate. This has been a product for over 5 years.

Monthly average or total steps needed
I’ve used this app for 4 years to count my steps. I keep monthly totals which was easy until this 4.x update in Sep 2021. I like the overall updated design but really need monthly (not just weekly or daily) totals / averages.

Great easy app for an great looking hybrid watch.
The step counter needs some calibration. It's about 80% of what Fitbit is counting.
FINALLY this latest firmware update allows all the customization for each bottoms. No more useless time zone switch for the middle button.

Watch is Not Accurate. App Needs Improvement.
Nice looking watch, but it is not accurate. It is probably ok if you just walk. If you are a runner, find a different watch. If you are into cycling or lifting, it is of no use. The app needs serious improvement. It is very limited compared to other smart watch apps. The features like controlling your phone are useless. They need to focus on more beneficial features.

App crashes and won’t open
I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times and the app continues to crash and won’t open. Can’t see my steps, battery data or able to calibrate the phone. It was working fine and now it’s been days without access and very difficult to contact anyone to report the issue.

I love the watch. Elegant but so much info. My only problem is that is telling me I walk way more than I did. I am 100% sure it’s wrong.

I use the app with my watch for a few years already. But recently something happened to it. The app crashes as soon as I press the link on my phone. Was there an update that I am not aware of?
