- A strange alert that a user is already signed in if launch the app while the device is offline and then reconnect it
- Books, Games: The app doesn't override Silent Mode set in iOS

Autism mom approved
I have an 8 year old girl who is on the spectrum so I wasn’t sure if she would like this app or not, but to my surprise it held her attention, was educational and inspired her to want to watch more of the videos. She learned about other cultures in the crafts section and how to make different things from other countries. She loved to play the birthday party game over and over. There are so many parts to this app that I would highly recommend it. We have tried other educational apps and those felt like chores to my daughter and she quickly lost interest, but this one she keeps reaching for. I was pleasantly surprised. We received this app subscription in exchange for our honest review from Influenster and knowing now what I do, I would pay for this app. There is SO much to do and play that it feels like a game for them. I am happy to recommend this app!!

My kiddo really likes this app!
We have a 7 year old and they get pretty bored or unable to keep their attention on things for very long. I’ve noticed a big difference with them on how they can keep their attention on the Encantos app really easily and it makes them smile while they’re using it. I love seeing my little one happy and into something that is actually teaching them and helping them learn. This is definitely a win for us in our household because with a child who has attention issues, it can be difficult finding something that helps and gives them a moment that is just theirs without feeling unfocused and flustered. I am so happy Influenster sent us the Encantos VoxBox to try out. It’s a hit in our house! A Fun and Entertaining Educational App!
I was provided this app for free from Influenster and Encantos in exchange for my honest review.
Our almost four year old really enjoys using the Encantos app primarily for the games - he especially loves numbers and letters right now. I like that this is an intuitive app he is able to navigate on his own and I don’t have to provide constant supervision and help while he plays. He also seems to absorb quite a bit of what he is learning from Encantos and is applying that knowledge to other areas of his life.
I would definitely recommend this app to parents looking for a fairly easy way to incorporate Spanish learning into their child’s day by way of games, stories, and activities!

It’s just okay
I received a free 3 month subscription from Influenster and Encantos. I didn’t end up needing to sign up for the free 3 month trial because they were offering it free at the moment so that was cool. The app is just okay. The same content appeared for my children 3 years apart, I assumed there would be more advanced stuff for my older son but it was mostly the same. The videos are cute but anytime I exit one and go back to it, it starts from the beginning and not where we left off and when I try to fast forward it the volume stops working and it’s happened on multiple occasions with different videos. I also had some instances where something wouldn’t load and I had to completely close the app and re-open it because it was just frozen. I also didn’t find it to be super educational either. I personally would never pay for it but I also am not that big into apps for children, I believe they can get all the educational information they need OFF screens.

Fantastic App!
I received an incentive from Influenster and Encantos in exchange for my honest review. My children are ages 6 and 3 and both showed immediate interest in this app. I have pretty strict standards regarding what type of apps I let them interact with. The app itself is intuitive and easy to use. My oldest explored each play option in the app and did not lose interest. I love that the stories and games focus on social aspects (emotions, sharing, following directions, being grateful, etc) and also academic skills. The songs are fun and I like the interactive books that allow the child to insert their picture to be part of the story. I definitely would recommend this app to others!

My 4 year old loves it
We received a trial of the app through Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I commute for an hour each way four days a week. Unfortunately, that means our daughter is also in for the long ride. We all know kids can only take so much car time before losing their minds. Normally we popped a movie in to make it through commutes and car lines but now she asks to play this app instead. She loves the stories and becoming part of them with the photo feature. She stays engaged with the games and I love that she is learning new things at the same time. We definitely love this app and look forward to continuing using it.

Glitches
I have a 4 and 6 year old. They both seem to enjoy the app but have had many issues. I’ve updated the app and restarted my phone and could never get the videos to play past 20 seconds in. They would freeze and you’d have to exit. When I would try again, they would freeze at the same spot. We also had issues with the books not loading. And I was disappointed that they didn’t read the books aloud through the app (I thought that was supposed to be a feature and it may but again it never worked). My kids have fun taking pictures and adding themselves to the stories but really I didn’t see much educational purposes. I would have liked to have seen the content more tailored to my child’s age and abilities.

Perfect for the little ones!
I was so excited when I got picked to participate in this incentive from Influenster and Encantos in exchange for my honest review. Right away, I downloaded the app of my 3 year old’s IPad and let her play with it so I could see how easy it would be for her to understand it and I was amazed at how easy to use it is for even the tiniest toddlers. The bright icons and colors help a lot! My daughter loved the stories and the learning games. This app has been perfect for her since she will be starting pre k this August. She gets to learn while she plays and that is probably the best way to learn at that age. Loved the app and will definitely continue to use it!

My son is 5 and really loves playing games. I try to limit screen time and when he gets it I move it to be fun yet educational. Well this app is both! He really loved playing the games and would get so excited when he won. The story feature that puts his face in the story was a blast too. He was laughing and smiling and wanting more books. A great thing is how easy the app is to use. We have tried other learning apps but they were confusing for a child to navigate. Encantos is too easy! Great start for Bilingual kids
I have 4 kids at the house and they are between the ages of 4 and 8. They enjoy playing, singing and watching videos on the app, especially the travelers crafts section. They learned to make a piñata and being in a bilingual home they truly understand either if it’s english or spanish. The app is so easy to use for them being used to symbols and icons. I’d rather have them watch videos here than on any other platform because I know they will learn something new and at the same time they will be entertained, giving me some time to do some house chores without me having to supervise their screen time.
