NounShoun is the world's first "Do it Yourself" English grammar App that uses Artificial Intelligence to identify the Parts of Speech (Nouns, Verbs, Preposition, etc.) of any sentence. Identifying parts of speech is an important part of learning grammar. The app aims to reduce the struggle and is an excellent resource for Teachers, Parents, and Students.
To try a sentence follow the three-step process:
Step 1: Enter a sentence by typing the text, using your voice or by scanning an image
Step 2: Press the NS action button. This will make the app connect to NounShoun servers to find the best possible solution to your sentence.
Step 3: See each word identified as noun/verb etc. Click it to get more details.

The Nounshoun app uses Artificial Intelligence to find parts of speech for any English sentence. This build is a complete makeover of the original app, both in terms of features as well as experience.
Some new features are:
- A sleek interface that has advanced options to input sentences and new ways to list results.

This app could be something special
First would be really nice if this app was accessible to the blind many things in the app read, but none of the buttons are labeled so they all just say, button, button, button…
Secondly, it would be really great if you could see the relationships between the words for instants, “the girl is funny
Girl would be the subject of the sentence, but it’s also a noun whose subject complement is funny, so it be nice to see funny is the subject complement of girl and then we would know that is is a verb, and that it is a linking verb which links girl and funny
It would also be cool if there was a sentence diagramming feature in which the AI would diagram the sentence for you, so that you can see the relation of all the parts of speech in a diagram. Such an ad would really help children practice their grammar so that they can develop a deeper understanding of these concepts. I would pay as much as $50 for an app that did this. you could probably also have a subscription model. IPA $59 a year for an app that shows my children the solution to math problems so if we’re stuck on a problem we can see a step-by-step solution. The name of that app is Photomath. I wish I didn’t have to do this. Kind of constructive criticism and review it would be really great if you added a Feedback feature in the app as well.

Couple problems
Made a sentence with four adjectives and it only found three. Plus the English language changes over time so keeping up with it is absolutely necessary for this app to succeed.

Very wrong
The app doesn’t give you correct information. For example in the sentence “The framed picture came crashing off the wall during a recent earthquake,” framed is an adjective; however, the app thinks that it is a verb.
