A Great Way To Take Your Fitness To New Levels!
I had heard of and seen many trainers attached to ENHANCE over the past year or two at my gym and was truly curious to give them a try. But I wasn’t ready to go down the Personal Trainer route, till now!
Once I gave it a try, I loved that it came with one free session so I could see if I was ready for this journey. What was even better was the host of trainers available, with different levels of experience. I really liked that you could see a clear profile, see other customer reviews and make an informed decision based on that. I think the added benefit of the free session on sign up, helps you be sure that the trainer you picked is right for you and I’ve picked the perfect one!
Would recommend this service any day for anyone looking to start-up, restart or even amp-up their fitness journey!

So to the gym I must go.
And in order to do gym stuff the most efficient way possible... so I’m able to indulge in the things I DO love to do, I’ve started using a trainer with Enhance. From the start it’s been a pleasant experience. I have lucked out and found a trainer that is perfect for my personality type. There are dozens and dozens to choose from with varied specialty focus. There is surely someone to sync with everyone. I needed the push and the fine-tuning to get my routine on track. Don’t hesitate. You are sure to not regret the decision to work with one of these gifted knowledgeable fitness professionals.

Client-oriented Trainer
Faishul truly cares about his clients achieving results and accomplishing their fitness goals. He is dependable, dedicated, and a client-oriented physical trainer who excels at tailoring result-oriented programs to meet each specific client's needs. I personally hired Faishul for four months with three sessions a week to rebuild my strength foundation and develop areas of weakness in my physic with exceptional results. In addition, working with Faishul has greatly increased my form on several movements, and increased my understanding of my physiological composition and disposition.

The concept of this service is brilliant and I’ve had an amazing experience to date with all the trainers. The workouts are tough and the team are very good at what they do.
The app still has a few bugs though which would be great if they could fix. Also, it would be really nice to see your past workout profile and all the dates you already completed, instead of it being erased. Also, the age field is wrong. It keeps changing my birth month to January. Other than those and a few other minor issues, it works fine.
Ultimately though, it’s the service that enhance fitness provide that matters most and so far it’s been great!!

The whole idea of hiring a personal trainer is to stick to a physical routine to follow.
Your idea of booking a different instructor every time is not what 80% of fitness customers look for. It may be resolving the problem of those who want to diversify every now and then, but that remains the 20%. And I find it particularly annoying that you are now forcing the 80% who stick to one trainer to book each and every session with them on the app. It is a plain non user friendly approach to justify the investment made on the app. I want to be able to communicate with my coach via WhatsApp, and use the app to solve other problems.
A few ideas you can use the app without having to force your customer each time to book through it:
- let me chat with your admin for any customer support
- let me see the background of ur coaches and contact them (in case I want to change my current trainer)
- let me track where my trainer is when they’re on their way to me (the uber eats style)
- let me confirm a session when done, via ur coach app version (instead of paper and pen) and be able to track how many classes I have left (this is very important).

The only way to find your perfect personal trainer
Just started using this app recently after wanting to get back into the gym after lockdown without having to go back to crowded classes.
I was able to see backgrounds and reviews of trainers to choose one that I thought fit my goals the best. They have affiliations with gyms so I chose to have my sessions at a gym across the street. I’m really enjoying them so far and highly recommend it!

Enhance is fantastic
Since I discovered enhance I’ve got hooked and been a regular customer for years! The concept is brilliant and the trainers are excellent, everything is very efficient and professional! I recommended it to many friends and family who are all now using it! I would recommend it to everyone and to top it off now the online sessions are as great!

Unprofessional service
While the trainers on the platform are good, they are unpredictable. During my pack of 20 sessions, the trainer has cancelled 4 times <24h before the session (once 45 min before), shown up late at least twice and in one instance just left me waiting indefinitely.
It’s a shame because as a customer you are charged for a session canceled in the last 24h, but the same can’t be said when the trainer does the same. Clearly Enhance does not value their clients’ time.
Also prices are a bit misleading. Unlike the rest of the UAE where prices and offers are quoted as inclusive of VAT, Enhance chooses to add these when you checkout.
It’s a shame because as a customer you are charged for a session canceled in the last 24h, but the same can’t be said when the trainer does the same. Clearly Enhance does not value their clients’ time.
