With this release, the communication between VSC users is improved by introducing the Chat functionality.
Chat:
• The Chat functionality is added to enhance in-app user communication and can be found in horizontal menu of the landing page.
• This functionality allows you to schedule a meeting with up to 4 other users from your organization, and when the time arrives, you can join the chat by simply visiting the Chat section within the horizontal menu.
• Once you schedule a chat, you can find it within your Calendar - which makes it easier for you to plan your time for that day.
• You got invited to a chat by another user? Awesome! When you enter the mobile application, the orange bubble will be displayed on the Chat icon in the horizontal menu. You can either accept or decline chat invitation. In case you decide to do none of these two, your chat invitation will be automatically accepted.
• Chat joining is available 5 minutes before the meeting starts for each chat participant.
