Submit app still not working with iOS 13.1.3
App doesn’t allow submit to work with all info keyed in and everything is in green. Works on windows laptop but not on IOS.

Update for iPad Pro 11
The iPad Pro 11 came out in 2018 and Apple just released the second generation of this tablet. The screen is still fitted to the older model of the iPad, the 9.7 and/or 10.5 models. Please allow me to use the entire 11 in screen.
Also there’s a little bit of a lag when the member is signing. It was not there a few versions ago but it is on there now and it is a little annoying.

EHub Glitch
When migrating from Scope to App, try just closing EHub completely and log back in. You may find the scope in appointments offering “Enroll”. Seems to go fine after an App reboot. I have 60 submitted apps since starting to use EHub.
Don’t be afraid to close it completely, everything will be there when it reopens.

I downloaded the updated version it appears to work now. It also appears to have fixed the disconnected availability issue. We’ll see.

iOS 13.1 not working with enrollment hub. When will this be fixed?

Won’t allow me to log in.
It won’t let me sign in. I tried to sign in and it said that my account was locked because of too many log in attempts, when it was my first time logging in.

2020 AEP Issues Unresolved
The app still isn’t working properly. It’s not allowing apps to be submitted on the SOA’s or the Enrollment Apps. It’s just freezes at the very end when trying to close it out. It’s even showing confirmation numbers but not closing out and enrolling the client.

Solid app. However, not working with the latest version of iOS. Please resolve soon. AEP is right around the corner.

Every time I try using this some field is bugged and won’t work. End up having to use a paper application after entering clients info. Makes me look very unprofessional. Bring back old mapa until this works.
