We have enhanced notification process for customers with enabled Smart Site Protection alarm events in self-verification management.
From now on, appointed users get reminders when no one responds to an active alarm within a certain time, however notifications stop after there is no longer motion detected on site, as well as when the alarm is already classified. Additionally, users are also notified when the verification status they have set is overwritten by another person.
We also add the Activity Log for SSP alarms to enable users to track all actions taken on the alarm like when it was triggered, who was notified or when, what and by whom the verification status was set etc.
Moreover, we now give users an option to create clips and snapshots from the SSP alarm page for post verification analysis.
We fixed minor bugs and improved app performance.

User Management is now fully launched within the mobile app. In addition to the features released in our last release (search for users and update their profiles), users with the correct capabilities will be able to: Create new users, Disable users, and Force a password reset. As part of a larger initiative, Envysion has added a phone number field to the user profile which is completely new to either the mobile app or web app.
We have also taken steps to enhance Incident Management to include the Incident Owner and added the ability to users to assign and
reassign Incident Management tasks. This alleviates the problem of knowing who is working on a particular issue and helps with tracking where it is in the process.

With this release comes the beginning of User Management within the mobile app. Users will be able to search for, select, and update users profiles with quick and easy access. With future enhancements planned to allow users more feature functionality, the Envysion mobile app is becoming as powerful as our web app.
We have also made it easier to recognize Incidents that are associated with a particular transaction. Based on the previous color scheme (Red = Theft; Orange = Loss; Blue = Ops) used within incident management, users will now see the incident flag change color to represent a particular incident type.
