I “joined” the rewards program through the app, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to purchase tickets, it says my password is wrong. I change it and it still won’t log me in, so I either buy at the kiosk at the theater or buy as a “guest”, thus defeating the purpose of the Loyalty/Rewards Program. Apparently, from other reviews, I am not alone in this. If you want to “run with the Big Dogs” (AMC, Regal)- make the app usable.
