Took money tickets not delivered
Took my money for 10 tix and never added any to my wallet. No email confirmation. Made me use Face ID. The email and pw I know for a fact is accurate didn't work. I went to the website and looked to see if the ones I just confirmed were charged on my cc we're unavailable..they were not so I had to purchase through there and then got an email plus another charge that didn't even match the previous one by app. Something is definitely off here!!

Reset Password doesn’t work; Save to Wallet doesn’t work
I tried to use the Reset Password function several times and never received a Reset Password email. I finally used my Apple ID to log in. When I completed the purchase, a message display said that the tickets would be added to my wallet, but they were not. In addition, there is no option to add tickets to the Wallet after purchase.

Took my money but NO tickets
The app kept telling me my account information didn’t match. I am sure it’s correct. So I signed in as a guest. It took my cc and charged my account but never got the tickets added to my wallet or emailed. I tried to reset my password but it won’t let me. When I check, my seats are no longer available (I presume they are mine) and I can’t get into the app to try and figure this mess out. Very frustrating.

Can’t ever get credit for purchases
I “joined” the rewards program through the app, but EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to purchase tickets, it says my password is wrong. I change it and it still won’t log me in, so I either buy at the kiosk at the theater or buy as a “guest”, thus defeating the purpose of the Loyalty/Rewards Program. Apparently, from other reviews, I am not alone in this. If you want to “run with the Big Dogs” (AMC, Regal)- make the app usable.

I download the app, it seemed I have an account but not reset email is sent to me. I thought that was strange. Then It seems all recent reviewers claim to purchase their products from the app and didn’t get anything. Extremely disappointing to read this. Glad mine never worked.

Non-functioning app
Can’t login to app or online. Reset password numerous times, but it still won’t allow access. I always get an error message. Can’t create a new account, I get an error message. Why have a rewards program if people can’t access it? Total scam to say there is a rewards program. Waste of my time.

They take your money and tricky
They take your money because the app or the web always give a error, also is almost impossible to talk with an employee or agent by phone. The Thursday promotions they don’t have any link or options to get it.

Slow and broken
The most obtuse and unintuitive app I’ve ever used. Makes me just not wanna go to the Epic Theaters. Constantly broken, making me need to delete and re-install, and super slow, taking forever to load each screen. A joke in today’s standards.

Could not log on to my account! Tried password reset. Said e-mail sent. A lie! All reward points are gone. Afraid to try to get tickets. Last time (old app last year) seats were sold to someone else. Theater said too bad so sad pick others. Regal is not much farther away. Here we go… buh bye.

Does this app ever work?
Every time I try to use this app. It won’t load or the ticket purchase won’t go through and a load of other problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I give up!
