Description

EPT Pocket Trainer offers a variety of workout tracking and planning services completely free of charge. Workout logs allow for users to view past workouts as they log new ones, log weight, rep count, and difficulty (RPE) for each set. The workout builder builds intelligent workouts based on your desired focus and which muscles you have worked last, with either your own custom movements, or our library of over 100 movements ready to log. Pocket trainer also provides a detailed muscular system view to reference as you work out, to make sure you're using and feeling the right muscles on every movement. Pocket Trainer also now includes the new trAIner: a machine learning based trainer that will guide your progress, and even tell you when you will reach your goals

Great
I gave the app a try. At first there are several screens and cancel buttons that are a bit confusing. I would just call that a learning curve. Overall it tracks everything that you need to from your workouts. I use it every day now and love seeing my progress. I also like the muscle map layout!

Great app, but…
A little bit clunky, and i wish you could just write in the name of the exercise. With all of the thousands of variations of exercises, its a bit irritating to not be able to vary between say “45° leg press with free weights” or “leg press machine”
