Etix Scanner allows Etix venues and organizations to scan in their customers to events. Etix Scanner can be used alongside our other scanning devices to help speed up entry to your events. Etix Scanner allows you to:
- Scan tickets with either the built-in camera or Linea Pro jacket.
- Toggle the device’s flashlight for scanning in low-light situations.
- Manually enter serial numbers if barcodes are unreadable.
- Toggle between scanning in or out.
- Scan with Wi-Fi or cellular data.
- View a history of ticket scans.
- Diagnose connection issues with the Connection Diagnostics tool.
- Backup systems prevent scans from being lost in case of network connectivity issues.
- Large visual cues give the ticket scanner clear results at a glance.
- Advanced validation reporting is available from Etix Boxoffice.
