Roll the dice, move your pawn, buy properties, make deals, acquire monopolies, build houses and force your opponents to bankruptcy. All this and much more is enabled in Europoly, the real-state board game that you will love.
A Europoly game can be played by 2, 3 or 4 players. Each one has a pawn for traversing Europe. If a pawn lands on an unowned property, she can buy it or auction it. But if that property is already owned by another player, she has to pay the rent. The overall goal of the game is to remain financially solvent while forcing opponents into bankruptcy.
The board is designed to perfectly fit your iPhone or your iPad. The squares include European cities and airports, motorway, ferry, casino cards, lottery cards and a jail. The player with the floor throws two dice and moves clockwise around the board. A player who lands or passes the Start square collects 5,000¤. If a player rolls doubles, she can roll in her turn. After three consecutive sets of doubles, she has to go to jail.
Cities are arranged in groups with the same color. The player who owns all the cities of a group has a monopoly and will be allowed to build houses, increasing the rent that is received. Transport squares cannot be developed, but the given rent increases if a player owns more than one of either type.
If a player needs money, she can trade with other players, sell her houses or mortgage her properties. Players cannot collect rent on mortgaged properties, but they can be unmortgaged by paying the stipulated amount to the bank. If a player cannot pay her debts (even selling her houses and mortgaging her properties), she must declare bankruptcy. The winner of the game is the remaining player left after all the others have gone bankrupt.
You can play Europoly with other bots or with humans in the same device. We have carefully crafted the Artificial Intelligence of the bots, offering 3 different and engaging levels. In the highest level, they play aggressively and are tough traders. In the intermediate level they are more relaxed and will offer better deals. In the basic level, the bots are soft and you can trick them to get good deals for your interests.
Europoly is highly configurable, allowing the following options:

Pros and cons
The game is addictive but sometimes annoying. The screen occasionally freezes and I’m forced to exit, usually when I’m winning. The bots appear to have different risk personalities. Gamer mortgages everything to buy houses. Ramona is an idiot, lol. She will trade anytime to her deficit. One time she sat on $40k even though she should have bought houses. Also, why does every game start with one character getting a four and losing 5k. I have played board monopoly everyday with my grandson since the coronavirus started and I can tell you four doesn’t come up that often on first moves with real dice. Still, I’ll keep playing Europoly.

Dice roll is not random
There were many times in the game where the AI recklessly spend their money almost down to zero. Then by some miracle they get a “lucky” set of rolls and suddenly they get all their cash back. Then there is me with a huge cash bank winning most auctions getting consistently 50% discounts on properties. Then by some miracle the ai manages to avoid all of my properties on a regular basis while I always seem to land on theirs even though I have many more properties. On top of that I had a much larger bank but for some reason I manage to get so many bad rolls and the ai get so many good ones that I was the one that ended up in the negative. This trend kept happening and I was forced to sell off more and more of my properties until I eventually lost. This happens pretty much every game. This is how I know that the dice rolls are not random and that it heavily favors the ai.

Counting spaces is off!
I’m hooked on this game because I love monopoly. I took off two stars because when it’s automatically moving you around the board it’s almost always eitherstops one space short, or goes one space past where it should stop. This flaw is always advantageous for the ‘bot’ players, but always an unfortunate spot for me. I agree with the other reviewers suggestions for a better experience. Bit, I cannot stop playing.

Addictive
Just downloaded today and have been playing for the last three hours...or longer I’ve lost track of time! Super fun. Like monopoly but free! There are some ads but, hey, what do you expect from a free game? I’ve won twice now after losing 3 times. I like that you can adjust how many players and the difficulty. The more I play the better I get.
Super fun game to pass the time. I didn’t have any problems with playing. Everything ran super smoothly and I really enjoyed it. Enjoyed it so much I’m writing a review which I rarely do.

Fun but flawed
This is an enjoyable classic monopoly like game. However there are certain flaws that make it not unplayable but definitely frustrating. Most importantly: to declare bankruptcy aka lose, you press the background/map while you’re “in the red”. The mortgage property button is very small and on top of that background. If you’re a little off of the button or have big fingers like me, you accidentally hit declare bankruptcy and there’s no undo button.
I’ve done this 5 times now and am seriously considering deleting the app bc of it.
Second there’s a bug where my get out of jail free card just doesn’t show up 9/10ths of the time.
Even after all that it’s still the best free version of this game out there so 🤷♀️.

Feels sketchy and rigged
The chances of the bots consistently locking Vienna and Prague down on their first runs seem quite high for no reason along with the significant chain of doubles and somehow avoiding all my plots while I land into their maximized single spot filled with all houses more than once although their other plots have no houses on them. Strange. It’s like the bots have a number X that they see the most beneficial and the dice rolls out an image to that desired number rather than the number being decided by the die. I would rate 0/5 if possible for how, not difficult but, rigged it is when the dice are supposed to be fully up to chance/RNG or whatever string it uses from the random table.

The game is decent. The GUI could use a lot of work. Maybe let the user know to scroll through the options sideways to see that they have the "Get out of jail" cards cause that took me forever to figure out. Also the AI needs work. I can tell that once they get houses built, I'm guaranteed to land on those properties and they always seem to luckily slide past mine. Also, no one would give up a near monopoly for all the opponent's money, they would get the last property from the person for at most double the cost of the property. Also you say the AI has difficulty levels, but that doesn't appear to be something that can be changed.

The is is a super fun game. There are a few adds but not as many as other games. However, there is a technique to the game and once you use that technique, you won’t lose! So I think this game is great and is a fun way to sharpen your monopoly skills!

Don’t waste your time
It was really fun at first. I like monopoly so a free version was great. However there is something off about the dice algorithm and game board. I can literally go around the board 4 or 5 times and only manage to land on a non purchased property 2-3 times max if I’m lucky. By that time the other computer players have 5-6 each. It’s ridiculous. It’s impossible to win if you can’t land on properties. I am all for challenging games, but there is something wrong with this game. Don’t waste your time if you don’t want to end up as frustrated as me.

Is rigged
It feels pretty ridiculous how the CPU can continuously avoid an entire area throughout the duration of the game and how I somehow keep managing to land in their completely finished area. Couldn’t win a single game and am actually a really good Monopoly player in real life. Do not download.
Also another thing to the developers... next time find a better place to put the “declare bankruptcy” button. The amount of times that I have pushed it by accident is seriously making me angry. Do better.
