Connection Issue
Check client fail issue all the time. It needs to be fixed, App works sometimes and when it does only a few errors but overall good. The connection issue at start up is a major issue, and it is not my device or connection I can stream videos, use music in the background, perform it over Wi-Fi and 5g network, it is the connection between my device and the server the app is at. Could e a node issue or something similar, but at the end of the day the app doesn’t work 50% of the time.

Solid App for Skills Queue
This app works well and keeps up with multiple characters’ skills queues which is nice. It has a nice interface and I like the overall look. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 is that I found a problem. Under skill browser when finding skills to train, the Engineering skills set is listed as a Perception/Willpower attributed class of skills. In-game it is in fact an Intelligence/Memory skills set. I lost some time training without the proper attributes as my character was mapped to perception/will. So anyone using the app take note and save yourself some lost skills training efficiency. Devs, this seems like an easy fix, so, here’s looking at you :)
Synical Ben,
Nice app… when it works
The app is really nice on the rare occasions it works, allowing you to see and adjust skill queues. It’ll also display market transactions for those with a casual interest in station trading, though there are better tools for dedicated traders.

Unfortunately, it rarely works for longer than a few weeks or a month, before you’ll begin to experience client error messages. Once those start, the app will refuse to load and not even deleting/re-installing will fix it. Support and responses in the Eve forums is extremely slow (and nonexistent at times), and can often take days or weeks before issues are even acknowledged.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this app until there’s a more dedicated support presence.

App Barely Functions
At this point about half of the features just don’t work anymore. CCP hasn’t updated this app in multiple years, despite multiple bugs having been reported. Which were acknowledged and then never patched. (Myself included) Most recently the “location” feature stopped working, because they changed their API endpoint; yet are unable to update their own app to reflect these new endpoints.

Edit: As I mentioned before, CCP acknowledges every bug with a default response (see their reply); stating that they are “working on it.”

Yet it’s been two years since the last update. I have personally submitted two bugs to their forums (in the last two years) and those are still broken today.

Update Suggestions
I think that overall the interface is pretty neatly organized, but I do think that you should make it so that players can purchase PLEX on the app. This will generate some revenue for you guys and will give us more options. Also, I noticed that on the home page the timer for skill training stays the same. Though there is a real-time timer on the actual skills tab, this might generate some confusion for people. Lastly, you should probably add a market tab for people. Good job so for, though.
Blueshoes317,
Great for character, but not much else
Title really says it all, but I’ve found that there’s no fitting or market services. It should be noted that you can actually change your skill queue or buy things on the New Eden Store, which is very useful for having to be away for a long time. However, it does lack fitting or market services. In my experience, Neocom II is good all around with great fitting, EVE Trader is great for trading, and this is excellent for character. Since it is the official companion, it would be nice to be able to at least see market orders or fits, or to save them locally.

Pretty Handy
Great features I like

-Keeping track of skill cues, without having to log in and out of different characters is very handy. Plus it’s good when I’m away from the computer as well of course.

-I like the overview showing all my character’s wallets, since I tend to forget who has my isk from time to time.

-having access to the in game mail while out and about is pretty cool

There’s a couple things I think should be included which would bump this up to 5 stars.
-industry access. I’d like to be able to track industry jobs and pi, and maybe make limited updates to industry.
-market access. I’d like to be able to see the markets, and maybe make/adjust orders as well

Still a handy app, defiantly recommend it
Nef'arious,
Love it
Very well designed, interface is super smooth. I love that you guys added sounds and music from in the game. It really gives you that “connected to eve” experience. The fact that I can que skills, apply SP from my phone was mind blowing. Gentlemen deserve a Huge o7

Can we look forward to seeing additional features down the road? Ship fitting tool, full access to our wallets, assets, etc.

You know what would be really cool. Being able to set up and accept contracts from the app 😉

2/5 it’s new player bait for those stuck at the office. Gives eve time in 12hour format, so minus 2 stars for that. Literally nobody does that, stop. Great for chumps who don’t have their skill queues planned for the next 400 days I guess. You can see market transactions but not your market orders. And all transactions get 2x notifications for the associated tax, including everything you’ve conducted while actually online. You can however check out the aggressively over-priced dogtrash that is the New Eden store. Again, 2/5 new player bait to keep them feeling engaged.
Mortalmoss,
Can't manage skills
The primary reason I pulled down this app was to be able to manage my skill training while I am away. I can log into my account, view my character, view my training queue which stays updated according to my in-game queue, but I cannot add, remove, or change and of my training skills. When my queue is empty, I can't add any new skills. I am only given a rescription of each skill with no buttons or controls to add them, as seen in the app screenshots. Because of this, the app is severely limited in my mind for my use case, thus to lowered score.
