Ranging from 5 to 20 minutes long, our stories are narrated audio stories with music and sound effects. Many of them are designed for bedtime and calming down. But we also have a range of stories suitable for daytime activities such as car trips, daily devotionals, scripture meditations, and just listening to while playing with the kids.
Jesus told stories and parables in ways people could understand and relate to, and that's what we're aiming for too.

Hi all :) Firstly - that annoying crash is now fixed. Also you can "Sort" the Library, and see a list of Creators and their stories too.

Hi all :) As promised here's another new app feature - this one is a "Sleep Timer". To open it tap the "clock" icon (it's next to the shuffle button) on the playback screen, choose a time period and tap Start.

Hi :) So there's roughly 27,103 lines of code changed in this new version. But, you probably won't notice anything different. Why? Well, we've got some great new features coming to the app soon, but first we needed to do a major renovation of the underlying code. So here it is, let's hope it all works!

How boring are those "We update our app regularly" messages, right?
But as app developers we kind of get it - sometimes there isn't a lot to say. And will our users understand or care about the nitty gritty code we've been working on? It's a hard balance.
Still, it's important that people know what they are downloading and why. So here's what we've changed in our app today:
- The Shuffle button is now seperate from the Repeat button. Not sure why we though this was a good idea to combine them (My bad sorry! -Brad). But anyway that's behind us now. As far as the east is from the west!
- We were using an analytics plugin called Countly to report playback statistics (it helps us to know what stories you like). But this Countly software also collects a lot more of your data than we are comfortable with (device type, location, and certain activities). Really sorry about this! But now we have completely deleted it, and instead have written our own very simple and privacy focused playback counter.
- We are planning a major app rebuild soon so we needed to change some of the underlying code in this version of the app in preparation for wider changes. (New API endpoints, service refactors, package upgrades, and a few more unit tests).

Best bedtime slow down stories
We have had this app about six months now. I have two kids (3.5 and 4.5 yo) who listen to these stories twice a day, nap time and bedtime. Without fail they each pick a favorite then we listen to others as they fall asleep. Their favorite stories change from time to time but they never fail to request listening.
The stories are engaging with music, delightful sound effects and sometimes different actor voices. The stories are infused with a Christian faith message that we appreciate. Each story is just under ten minutes which is just right for my kids attention span.
No regrets on this subscription. Great app!!

We absolutely love it.
I have a 10 almost 11 year old and a 7 year old. And they absolutely love the stories. I had been looking for something to either read or they can listen to before bed. To have a small devotional with them, and I happen to find this one. The stories are beautiful told and they love the sensory sounds that each stories have. It is a little pricey for the budget, but if it’s something you can get, I recommend it.

Favorite Bedtime App
Love, Love, love Evergrace! Love the pacing and music, love the variety of stories, love the gentle Christian teaching that isn’t heavy-handed.
We have had this app for a long time now (close to two years?) and my kids 4.5 & 6.5 still request it every night. At first I was not sure the cost would be worth it, but we just renewed our annual subscription again because it is WELL worth it to our family!

Excellent Content
My very active, thrilled with life child remained fully engaged in a beautifully narrated story. Real life, relatable content for his age that made a gentle pivot to relating the story to Christ. The gentle pivot was enough to make a point, but not overboard into cliché! Ending with soothing music that relaxed my normally anxious household, welcoming a focus on Christ. Narration is easy on the ears. The app is affordable and has a simple design. Absolutely worth the investment!

Just what I was lookin for
My 8 year old son and I really like listening to the stories they have. It is peaceful and positive. I have been looking for stories that incorporate Gods word and this is perfect! If I have one issue it would be the story of the baby in the bulrushes. My son is always asking why the mom put him in the river. If you don’t k ow the story it is very confusing.

Wholesome, god based stories that are fun and interesting for little ones. My son (3.5yo) asks for them daily at bedtime and in the morning. We can’t wait for new stories to come out and listen to favorites over and over. They don’t get old. I would highly recommend this app.

Perfect for children from toddlers to preteen

Thank you for your wonderful, Christian bedtime stories. My Grandaughter faithfully hears one or two a night at bedtime... the same ones over and over... she just loves them, and actually drifts off to sleep peacefully.
