HOW EVERJOY WORKS
• Answer the optional mood checkin each day, these mood checkins can be used to reflect on how your life is going.
• Respond to the daily gratitude question, each question is designed in a way that encourages positive thinking.
• Use the journal section to vent your thoughts and feelings as well as reflect on previously answered gratitude questions.
• Track the history of your mood checkins using the mood history section.
