1breadqueen1,
Good, but gets boring
I really enjoy this game and would probably give it 5 stars, but it gets boring after doing 2-3 lives. So for example on the first life I was Having fun for the second I started seeing the same events happen and for the third there was nothing new happening. The game is very pretty though. If there were more events that happen I’d enjoy it a bit more. Another thing I don’t like is when you get older and it just says nothing happens it normally happens in the 60s to 70s I think, but it gets really annoying to have to keep clicking the screen until something interesting happens. And when you get in you 70s (I forgot what age) it says your health will go down which will kill you after a few years. It’s a fine mechanic but I think the health goes down to fast making it really hard to get past 80. (After playing for a bit longer I figured out what perks do and they make it easier to get to 100) And as other people have said it’s similar to BitLife but it’s still its own thing and enjoyable. I still recommend it as it’s fun for awhile, it just gets pretty boring after a bit. (Edit) A annoying thing I forgot to add was that some achievements require you to make a purchase which is annoying because this give points you can put into perks. It’s also annoying if you want to get all of the achievements but don’t want to make a purchase.
Ethoteric,
Great start to a life sim game
I like how the interface looks and how simplistic it is, easy to dive in and play. Like everyone else has stated, it does get a bit boring during early childhood where the same prompts keep popping up (ie. consequences of climbing the tree or picking up the dirty toy) since it gets predictable. Putting in new, more random events would probably help. Or even just having more of a variety of outcomes rather than “you got sick” or “you broke your leg.” That would make it a lot more engaging. I did take a look at the roadmap and it looks like you’ve got a lot more planned so that’s exciting. I’m not ecstatic about paying $5 to add more to the gameplay at the moment unless you can show me that it won’t get boring after 20 mins of playing. Overall, it seems like a solid game. It’s hard not to compare it to Bitlife Simulator though.

Edit: Just did another playthrough and wanted to say that once you reach elderly years, gameplay gets bland there too. A lot of waiting around for something to happen.
arrries,
i need more Everlife 💕🙏
I don’t normally make purchases for mobile apps, i think it tends to be a waste of money. But I have no regrets buying the deluxe packs for this game.

Everlife has a lot of potential and considering the gameplay is so smooth and has no ads, I think it’s worth every cent! for me anyway this game is worth it, and I’m looking forward to seeing where it goes in the future 😁 there are a couple bugs here and there but they are being actively fixed, the creators are responsive!
I have completed all of the Life Goals available as I’m making this review (except for centenarian… I made it all the way to 97!), I’ll say it does get predictable after a while.
But there’s something very relaxing about Everlife that gives it a lot of replay value, between the soothing music and sound design, and the cute visuals... I can only imagine how much better it will get in time as more scenarios are added. I’m looking forward to the deluxe packs as well, especially the supernatural deck!!!🧛‍♀️
Foodifier,
You Need To Download!
Everlife is amazing! The developer is incredibly active with the community (when you contact through discord and other socials), it doesn’t collect any of your data, and best of all…NO ADS! This game doesn’t have a single ad! No pop ups, no watching an ad for a reward, and not even banner ads at the bottom of the screen! While there is a single pack you can purchase (for only $5) and one currently under development it isn’t an essential part of the game. Although it is fun to have and gives you new options like getting pets, cars, going on vacation, and customizing your character which lead to more cards (decisions). It’s so much better than other life sims! For instance Bitlife has ads that you have to pay to get rid of and makes you pay around $15 for basic parts of the game while still having more payed content! The point is DOWNLOAD THE DARN GAME!
noirme,
Looking forward to updates
Great game and the more updates the better. It’s like BitLife but more appropriate and not as overwhelming. Bought the upgrades pretty much same day I got it bc it seemed like it has potential and was happy with that decision.

A few things I’d love to see in an update:

I’d like to see variety in possibilities with the a same answer in different life’s to situations because it’s a little boring to know what to expect. Random deaths which would be nice bc life happens. Consequences to you cheating on spouse (random baby or being left) or a situation where your spouse cheats/leaves you at the altar. Less “I want a new/better form of transportation” card popping up. The ability to move to a different area throughout life and retirement home.
wut3v34,
“Ultimate Life Simulator”?
The pictures they show on the app store are all things you have to pay real money for. The reactions to choices don’t make sense half the time (ex. they want you to cut off your childhood best friend without talking to them when they get negative instead of talking it out). They really don’t give you many choices and the reactions are the same 99% of the time so after you’ve played a couple lives it’s so boring. They say you can “live a life of crime” but what they mean by that is if you make a bad decision as a kid they deem you “evil” and make you steal from your family and friends without giving you an option. They want you to pay real money for things like changing your hair, traveling, or even getting a pet. After you hit 60-70 you just get a bunch of “nothing happened this year” cards instead of choices (one even told me I need to get out more which was frustrating considering you don’t give us the option to do anything). It was entertaining for like an hour I’ll give it that, but how exactly is this the “ultimate” life simulator when you can’t even do anything?
Adrian Reveles,
OK game but to repetitive and not enough options
I got this game at around may, it was ok at that time since it was barely made but over the months it got pretty boring since everything was repeated no matter what, and there isnt a lot of options for jobs, its pretty unrealistic too, the president job can last forever instead of the 4 year or 6 year term (depending where you live). Also you can barely do anything you have to age just to get other stuff such as divorcing your wife or going to yoga etc..And also whenever you get to choose and option after getting a choice such as if your friend can stay at your place for a while, the same thing happens if you choose yes and if you choose no the same action of “consequence” happens if you get what i mean like please add more “consequences” for what you choose.
I think you get what I mean from everything I explained, so please if you guys can just add more realism and variety we would all appreciate it.
mskittykatz63,
Good game! Just one suggestion
I really like playing this game! It’s fun, and there’s no ads. There are options for paid upgrades, but the gameplay is still enjoyable without them.
It does get a bit repetitive, especially in the kid stage, but it’s still fun. I’ve done 6 lives so far and I’m not bored of it yet.
My main suggestion: you get to choose your sex/gender and pronouns, which is great! But even though there’s an option for they/them pronouns, you still have to choose male or female and the game treats you as whichever one you pick. So I hope you can please add a third option for gender that’s non-binary or gender nonconforming
Overall though, I love this game and I look forward to any future updates!
cherrygorounds,
want to like it but...
it's very repetitive... :( two lives and all spouses act the exact same, have the exact same fights every time you marry them. it's impossible to be in a happy marriage where fighting over stupid things don't plague it. i wouldve liked it if the options actually had chance to them, different reactions each time.
how does a friend know that youre lying when you cant do something? why do your friends consistently overstep boundaries and scream at you for not giving them money, donating to charities or going places with them when you had prior plans... it's just kinda weird
i'll keep checking back up on it to see improvements later on, but for now i'll put it away until then.
the pros are that i like the UI for the most part, it could be improved but it's definitely not bad! i really like the graphics. i think overall this game has potential.
haughtygoals,
Great game, a few bugs
Love this game! Been playing a few weeks, love the color scheme, much more appropriate than BitLife. As a newer game, I understand it’s definitely not complete, and there are several things that could be added. There are, however, a few bugs I’ve noticed.
1. It is impossible to max out the writing skill as there is no choice card after joining either club that makes you a writing novice. It shouldn’t be impossible because it’s an achievement.
2. It is impossible to make it to 100 even with the perk, full health at the start of decline, and multiple health boosts. It shouldn’t be impossible because it’s an achievement.
3. If you go to the Ivy League you never get a diploma and cannot get the jobs that require a given degree.
4. When your spouse wants to start a business, you either get to have your love decrease and you lose money, or your love decreases significantly. The business never takes off, and your spouse always ends up hating you.
5. There is a very high chance of having a parent die before the age of ten.
