Love this app but...
Has anyone else discovered the very aggravating feature of the puzzle “starting over” or disassembling itself after reaching 80 to 90% complete? This has happened many times to me. I am working on a puzzle and it is 85 or 90% done. I close it, because I have a life, but when I come back to it later - it is all in pieces again! I have even tested it and closed and opened a 90% completed puzzle and found it in pieces - so it’s not my imagination. Try it yourself but only on a small puzzle because it’s too disappointingly debilitating to have to restart a huge puzzle again. Can you fix this big problem?

I have been using this app for a number of years. Starting with the free version, I eventually plunked down money and it was the best investment. I pay for the original version and then can change the shape to any one of a number of choices. The original payment lasted for several years and many different puzzles. The maximum number of pieces is About 6-700+. The types of puzzles are varied and they have increased that number as well as constantly increasing the choices within the categories. My poor vision and 2 cats have made it difficult for me to work on regular jigsaw puzzles so I’m very grateful to have this online version which has given me countless hours of amusement.

Just stopped working
I do you not know what happened to this app. I have been using it for several years and really like it. I just used it within the last day or two. Today I opened it up, and there was nothing in the Treasury and nothing on the calendar. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it still isn’t working and now all of my puzzles have vanished. I tried to contact the developer, but the link from the App Store says that the web page cannot be opened any longer. I’m really sad. I hope they can work out whatever bugs happened. If I ran out of puzzles and owe money, they have not contacted me and there is not a pending subscription on my iPad settings. Developer if you’re out there, please respond. Thanks. :(

Enjoy this game but…
I’ve had this app for awhile, and enjoy the puzzles a lot. If I could make one small suggestion: When I’ve played a puzzle from the daily calendar, there is an indication on the calendar that I’ve done so (the 4-piece corner puzzle widget). It would be terrific if the same indicator was on treasury puzzles I have played.
I like the option to increase the piece count and change the shape to make the puzzles more challenging. I also like the sorting options and the ability (discovered accidentally) to hide the worked section in a “corner tray” so I can work on a section without the rest of the puzzle in the way.

Simple and Uncomplicated.
This is without a doubt the best puzzle app. It’s actually pretty simple and straightforward. You can choose your puzzle size and shape. There are two trays you can use to help sort pieces. These collapse, if needed, so they don’t get in the way. No bells or whistles, just a really good puzzle app that I’ve used for years.
Sadly, I don’t know how to get in touch with the developers. All the puzzles are gone! They just disappeared yesterday. There’s no problem with my WiFi and no other apps are having problems. I hope the developers see this and look into the problem. xxx

Only one thing is keeping me from a 5 star rating
I’ve have had this app for a few years and have completely enjoyed it.
The one thing I find terribly annoying is the puzzle moving while placing pieces; I would love if there were a way to lock the puzzle edges in place. Sometimes trying to move a puzzle piece is impossible as my finger is unable to grab it to move and the entire puzzle moves instead. Very annoying!
I often find photos I like,as well as family photos and make my own puzzles. I also like that I can change the shape and amount of puzzle pieces once it’s saved.

Best jigsaw puzzle app.
I have had this app for years. The is the best app for customizing puzzles. You can adjust piece count and size according to your own tastes. Most app may let you customize the piece count but it is limited to a few sizes.
I love making my own puzzles, and there is a free weekly image available. There a lots of cool images to buy. The cost to download their puzzles is pretty reasonable in my view. No annoying ads and there are 2 puzzle trays to use when you work on your puzzle. Closest to the real thing that I have found. Lots of options for different backgrounds, too.

Now I can play as many as I want
Actually 4.75 starsI ran out of puzzle pictures I wanted to do on other apps. But now any beautiful clear photo I find on the internet I can make into a puzzle. The actual photo size matters too. It can fit more pieces on the tablet than the phone but I use both. Just different pics on different devices. What I don’t like: you can’t turn the timer off, there are few free puzzles and those aren’t great. But since you can make your own it kinda makes up for it.

Yep, 5 Stars. You know. I like making custom puzzles(I recently made a beautiful jigsaw with my bird photo I took on my canon cam) and this is exactly what I’ve been looking for. No ads, custom puzzles, free hints, ghost background if you need help, fully customizable, n more!! All the other apps I’ve seen have like 10 sec gameplay and 30 sec ads. Even without the premium pass here you still get a lot out of the app. Btw with the other app, you couldn’t even make a custom puzzle!! Anyways, hope to watch this app improve!!👍

Love it but also not…
i played this online and fell head over heels in love with it and it’s not that great online with a phone so decided to download it. obviously it’s going to have in app purchases but it’s to the extent where you feel as if you can not have much to do. i wish they had more free puzzles on the app. i understand they need to make a profit but it’s a hassle to find the free ones. wish there were a little more available and easier to find. another thing that is a personal thing is the fact i can not make it harder for me. it stinks cause i spend less time on it since it’s only 100 or so pieces and i personally love the 400 piece ones
