Amazing service at your fingertips!
Finally, high tech meets medical practice and succeeds! After so many years of being beat up EHRs and other non-functioning technology in medicine, this is a welcome change of pace!
I’ve been amazed at how well developed the app is, putting the physician’s experience at the forefront. It eliminates all the normal friction points and makes it extremely easy to order and track product! And customer service reps are the most proactive and friendly I’ve ever encountered, anywhere. Evolus has hit it out of the park and set a new standard for physician customer service!

Lovely, only 1 flaw…
Truly beautiful and easy to use app.
My only major complaint is that is resets to the home page ANYTIME you leave the app. So let’s say hypothetically - you have gone through most of the ordering process, and now you have to pick a delivery date. You switch to your google calendar for a few seconds. Come back to the app annnnnnd you have to start over. Cool. Then you get almost to the very very end of the order process and they want banking info. And you guessed it! Click on your banking app and then switch back to find that you must start all over. Again.

I just love working with Evolus. The product is more than equivalent to Botox and much more affordable. I love using this product in my practice and even use it on myself. This is the smoothest interface I have ever used with a company. I can place, track, and pay for my orders seamlessly. The chat feature works great. The app moves from page to page quickly. This company’s commitment to the future carries through the design and implementation of the app!

Easy app and great product
It’s so easy to order from this app, which saves us a lot of time. We of course love the product Jeuveau as well, so we’re happy with our entire experience with Evolus.

Easier access to invoices would be nice.
Easier access to invoices would be nice. Also I don’t like having to switch from the app into Safari to send text coupons to my patients. Other than that a good app!
