Description

This is an interval timer like no other! With simple configuration and visuals so you can see your progress, it makes interval training easy!

Configure times for warm up, sprint, rest and cool down. For example, 10.5 minutes => 10 minutes 30 seconds. Configure number of intervals between 5 and 15 intervals. Note: all sprints and rest intervals must be the same length.

Has an audible beep alert for each transition and the end of your session, which is compatible with background music as well as AirPods. The app will dip the audio so you can clearly hear the beeps, like map directions do!
