eXercise is developed by Kasper Johansson (
[email protected]) to make it easier for everyone to reach their workout aspirations. The app is divided into three sections:
• Muscle/Strength
The first section includes workouts that will help you gain muscle and strength. In order to enhance your training, these workouts are updated daily, making every workout challenging and unique.
• Crossfit WODs
This section consists of several popular crossfit workouts, called WODs, that will challenge both stamina and strength.
•High Intensity Training
The last section is a mixture of strength and stamina workouts put together by personal trainer Daniel Luthman (
[email protected]). Daniel is a Swedish personal trainer with several years of experience in the industry. He's had over 4 500 hours of private classes, as well as over
1 000 group classes in high intensity training, mobility training, strength training, gymnastics, olympic lifts, and crosstraining.
