Description
Exerp Staff Mobile App is an app for group exercise trainers and personal trainers. It allows them to keep track of their classes/appointments with members, easily trade classes or sign up for classes missing an instructor. It can also be used to show-up members for classes. The App integrates directly into the back-end of Exerp for easy management of e.g. class schedules, bookings and member profiles.

Updates actually made this app worse (yes, it’s possible)
Update with the newest version: (December ‘22) Worse than before. Very difficult to see each day, the color coding is gone, and I can’t copy member phone numbers from the app anymore. No notifications and members can sign up for a workshop or appointment up to the minute of the start time, meaning you constantly have to check your schedule or you will miss an appointment.
The only thing that I don’t hate about this app is that I can schedule people through my phone since I’m rarely near a computer. I recently transferred locations and no longer have access to my worklog. No one knows who to contact to fix this. It’s a glitchy program on a desktop at best, is not intuitive and the mobile version is just easier access to a terrible program

It crashes I cant access anymore
I had been using this app for about a year and it was great but last week it crashed on me. i deleted and downloaded it again, I made sure I had enough storage I tried anything I could and it doesn’t work. So when I delete it and download it again I can type my login information and finally it asks for a source so I type my work source and automatically crashes! After that every time I try to log in I click the app link and it just crashes like it flashes and goes away! My Technical support at work says its off their hands, the company I work for requires this app and it’s frustrating, If the app people can help it would be great I have an IPhone 13 pro max. I haven’t heard of anyone else at my work having this issue.

Nov 2022 update - hate the layout
This version of the update.. I hate how it looks and I find it really hard to read. The text is larger and takes up so much space from what it did before. I also don’t like how it shows three rows of data per schedule item as it was really easy to read when the persons name or class/participant count was off to the right side. Please undo this or give us a chance to use the older version style of viewing instead!!!

Need notifications
App needs the ability to send notifications when members sign in for a class/workshop/intro session, especially considering they’re able to sign up for these things up to the start time, and it’s very inconvenient to keep checking if there’s sign-ups OR not check and potentially miss someone!

App solves 5 big problems and creates 10 huge ones
I can see that developers were trying to solve certain problems (especially taking work off managers to streamline some tasks), but this app is the single greatest challenge in my work. Not an exaggeration. A huge amount of my energy is spent dealing with exerp issues, and it makes daily tasks use extra steps and extra energy. It’s awful.

In simple terms… I hate it.
It’s so hard to read, everything looks the same, and it’s hard to process when looking quickly. I liked knowing what events and appointments I had with the color specific icons. Yeah, it’s sleek and modernized now, but not very efficient…

Too difficult to use sometimes. Way too many steps to complete something so simple. Always “crashes” and just stops working.

Horrible update
Most recent update is absolutely atrocious and makes all appointments and calendar events look the same and impossible to read quickly. This is as efficient as a stone tablet sent by FedEx.
