Developed with the Division of Aquatic Resources on Kaua'i, Explore Kauai lets you find 3-D, augmented reality (AR) marine creatures at ten popular locations around the island. Each creature has a short educational summary when found. This app also includes detailed information on the North Shore's Makua Pu'uhonua, the coral and fish nursery that is a protected area. This app is totally free, with no advertising and no data collection.

Still location issues
I checked my settings and I did give your app permission do use my location when I’m using it. I do like your bullseye over y, though. Took me right to it.

Take with you on your visit to Kauai
Very useful when visiting Kauai. Fun for kids and adults! Kind of like a geocache specifically for Kauai. Highly recommended.
