I was thankful for the reviewer who said you can skip the sign in (and sign up) option and still use this app. It's helpful to have another person around to enter your answers for the distance test. I'd like to see a reading component to the near vision test. The ads were not too intrusive for me. It would be interesting to have Siri integration and expand the vision test to include rows of letters.

Not anymore. PITA now. Wiped out all of my macular test history with the last update and wants to now email each test. And the grid is too small. This is serious stuff - stop jerking people around. Done with this one.

More info than I thought
Pay no attention to the complainers. I downloaded 3 eye exam apps so we could test for colorblindness. This App has lots more tho. You just need to tap around and besides all the tests (nicer versions than my other 2 dl's) you'll be taken to a website with lots of info about eyes, testing for different age groups, eye diseases, quizzes and more!
When you open the App, you will immediately see and hear a video selling something, but just as quickly you can tap on the X in corner to make it go away. Mine started each time with "Hello, my name is Florence Henderson & I've no idea if she's there hawking Wesson oil. Lol My point is - its not that horrid like the person below said. For a free app, I think there isn't that much

Very cool!
If it wasn't for this app, I would've never known I needed glasses. I was having trouble seeing things clearly at night, and figured I'd do some research to see what my options were. I came across the app by accident but super happy I found it! After a quick download, I did an even quicker vision test and saw I needed some improvement in certain areas. Nonetheless, I found a doctor in the Bay Area close to where I work and a few appointments later, I walked out of the office with a new pair of glasses and I've never seen clearer. Totally recommend!

Awesome app!!! I was actually playing around with the app and figured that if you press the skip login you can use the app with out registering!! That makes it a lot easier! This app can help many many people with seeing problems and more related with your eyes. Very impressed by how useful this app is to many people. One of my favorite parts is that you can find an eye doctor that can help you with your issue! Amazing. Great invention and a useful app. I will surely tell my friends about this app. !!
