App now shows the grandstand where you are seated. Food. Bathrooms. Parking. Interactive is good. Well done for making these fixes. Please keep going!

I am trying to sell a couple of tickets since my friends will not be able to come, and I the “sell” bottom is not activated. I can’t find a way to contact anyone

Not worth my $800
This was designed for a young Miami crowd and not F1 fans. I won’t return and I travel around the world for races.
-One gate to enter/exit today
-Three times the power went out at the beverage stand….and they won’t take cash. So no credit card transactions. I guess my crew won’t be having beers.
-Our seats at the North Beach looked great on the map…..until we arrived: the Red Bull Energy Station is so tall we cannot see the cars coming towards our turn.
The “Beach’ has a two story deck….so we cannot see the cars leave the turn.
-The Gen Z DJs are so loud that we cannot hear
Save your money and attend the COTA race in TX. I promise that when we leave tonight it will take two hours to get to the shuttle and to our car.

We had a very wonderful time. More places with shade could be best to stay more comfortable with the heat.

Elevators out of service
Great track but all of the elevators going to the beach stands haven’t worked all weekend. Really tough for people in wheelchairs and those with bad knees to navigate all the stairs.

Lost in paradise
We had a hard time trying to find the exit to take us to the shuttle, we asked all the securities, staff, law enforcements and nobody knew how to get out of the place, that’s absolutely ridiculous

Great app with a few bugs
Overall the app is great and is going to be a great utility for when I am in Miami. It will not let me access my Ticketmaster account from the app to add my tickets though, and just gives me a error when it opens the webpage to sign in.

F1 was not ready for 80,000 guests
The whole event is amazing to have in Miami. The best and most exciting sports event in the history of Miami. But it is unfortunate that after so much planning and supposedly the best venue and hospitality professionals heading this event that it needs a lot of attention if you want the top VIPS and any guest to pay to top dollar to attend next year.
