i’m really happy we have a way to communicate with loona now and it’s been fun chatting with them, even if it is mostly one sided. I know this is the first version of the app so it was bound to be glitchy, but i hope that they fix the lagginess as it takes a while to navigate from one part of the app to another. it would also be helpful if they added a “copy text” feature so that I can easily copy the text and translate it in papago as it takes a while for me to type it out. all in all it’s a pretty good app and thank you to whoever pitched this idea and made it happen.

My only advice is it would be nice if there was a separate section for when we try to message the members, can be kinda confusing to know if they saw our messages and if they’re replying to us or replying to all. Other than that though great app 🤗

Crucial problem
This app, in theory, is great. It lets fans interact with Loona, which is especially great when you realize how limited their fan interaction opportunities have been since their debut. The problem is that there's no protection for the girls. Jinsoul, Vivi, Yeojin, Yves, and probably other members too have all been sent disgusting hate messages (death threats, bodyshaming, etc.) on numerous occasions. It's ruining the app for both Loona and orbits. This is an easy fix, though: just mute negative words. This will make the app so much more enjoyable for both idols and fans.

the app is terrible
the app is so terrible and doesn’t run well at all. very slow and difficult to navigate. the concept of the app compared to other idol communities is so far below the rest. I truly hope this app fails and my idols will be out of contract and able get onto another better app. wish only nothing but the worst for this company.

Needs translate
App is glitchy. You have to click on things multiple times for it to work. There should be a translate option. You can highlight the words but you can’t copy and/or translate them.

you must instill a feature that prevents trolls and haters from messaging the girls cruel things. it happens too often! protect your artists!! they should not be belittled or sent damaging words. this should be a thoughtful and enjoyable experience for everyone!
