Wow, pleasantly surprised.
I never leave reviews, but feel compelled to for this one. I am shocked out how well the app works. The movements are not complicated, but I am more sore after 2 days than when I used to workout with weights.
I absolutely love that they pace you, they keep track of what you’ve done and the programs have been great at getting me the most well rounded workout I’ve ever had.
You can add dumbbells if you want more resistance.
I was super skeptical, but tried the free workouts first, which are great in themselves. But I wanted to support this developer and open up a huge number of additional exercises.
You will not regret trying this if you truly give it a shot.

Working on it
I downloaded face yoga to see if there was a way to lose fat around my face. The app gives you personalized exercises and you can customize them so that you can do them daily as a f Ac e routine. A daily face workout can make you younger within months and after trying them for free, I can say they’ll work if you persevere!

Not easy to navigate between exercises
I liked some aspects about this app. Good videos and clear exercises. Custom workouts to meet your needs. What I didn’t like and the reason why I deleted it is because once you commit to a workout you can’t easily navigate to a different one without having to start all over. You can’t do two workouts simultaneously if you wanted to do one in the eve and one in the am. It is very fixed. sometimes because I didn’t click to take a photo after finishing a workout, the next day I couldn’t do the next work out. It would tell me that I had just finished the one from the day before and it wouldn’t let me start the next one.

Try before surgery
I had a consultation for a facelift and the doctor suggested that I try facial exercises first. I really love this app because it personalizes the program to fit my personal situation and my needs. I would definitely recommend that you try this before paying for expensive procedures.

This is the best face yoga app I have used! The interface is perfect and it is easy to navigate without being confused and clunky. It has very clear instructions that guide me to do face exercise, which helps me to look younger. I definitely recommend this app to those who want to look young and have a healthy looking face!

Makes you like 5 years younger
I have been using This app for about a month now and it really does work. It gives you personalized face exercises that wakes up you face muscles and inturn makes you look a lot younger. You also feel great too!

Most programs do not run - don’t waste your money
This seems to be a huge money pit. It seems there is no technical maintenance of this app.I have bought one of the subscriptions (and - of course - taking the money worked), but except for one program, I cannot get anything else to run. When I click on play, the countdown appears, but the program does not load. When I try to contact support, a pop up tells me that the app is unable to send an email... in a nutshell: app does not function!

This face exercise app is great! I already feel younger by doing some of these simple face workouts. Incorporating these face routines into your life are so easy. I love the exercises in here and how accommodating this app is! Highly recommend this app to everyone!

Best face yoga app I found!
I tried two other face yoga apps, but I’m sure this one is the best, it offers tons of very targeted workouts, and I can feel it works deep into my facial muscles and even upper torso, top of the head, neck, collarbone, etc. Simple, thorough and effective —well done!
