Please Fix This
I have been playing this game for many years. This is the SECOND time I've lost my account because it is syncing with the wrong account. There seems to be no help option in the settings. Or no way to access the account or recover it from the game. Also, everytime I try to connect to Facebook it gives me errors. And when it does connect the quest to collect the gems from FB login does not work. And the free energy seems to not work. When I watch a video for free energy it will not work. Please help these things so I can go back to loving this game!!!!

Full of bugs
There's a bug that won't let me put fully grown items in my storage or even harvest them. It's frustrating cause I can't use them for quests even though I need them so they just end up taking space. And some things have disappeared from my storage, namely a few trees. When you run out of energy and the pop up that displays for you to get 3 energy after watching a 30 second video does not work anymore. The video does not give you energy. Also new things constantly need feeding but never grow and I am not able to harvest from them. Please fix these asap.
Edit: This new update didn't fix anything and there are more bugs then ever. I tried talking to support before but they just said to wait for an update. I've been waiting well over half a year for an update and this is what we get? Why do you consistently update the app in the play store but not the App Store?

App issues
I do love this game, but now I’m experiencing some app issues, and this is the problem. I originally downloaded this game and it was working fine, a few days later I’m when I loaded it the app seem stuck and nothing else was happening. So I decided to delete the game then re-download it. After I re-downloaded the game I decided to buy some crystals for $5.99, so I waited for the to appear which took maybe 3 days. But after the 3 days, the game said “you have another fairy farm account, would you like to restore that one?” And a little confused I was but I hit “yes” but I didn’t know that it was going to give me the original account that I had the first time. So the issue I’m running into now is, I don’t have the crystals I purchased and my game is freezing, and I don’t have the stuff from the second time I had to re-download the game. Can you guys look into this and fix it? Thanks.

So I thought it would be cute, but....
The main playing character is super ugly. Why does the character we play with have to look so different from the NPC stuff. The big head and ugly bright blue eye shadow is awful. They put so much detail into the game but its like they could not even be bothered with the actual detail of the character they expect us to use. They just plopped this big headed ugly character with no detail down into a world she doesn't even match. And the game starts with barely any energy and your character is confined to the smallest little square of land ever. It just starts off completely awful. Hope it gets better by the next hour or two of playing. If not, I wont even bother to waste my time.

Technical problems which are never been solved 100% honestly
As much as I like this game I am disgusted with you people for your dishonesty not fixing technical problems honestly a 100%. We players have given you enough money for you to fix your technical problems 100% honestly. This is my sixth time I am playing this game and it is the same issues loosing internet connection every five minutes and following that loosing the game completely. The last time I lost my game I was at level 53. I strongly suggest you to honestly fix your technical problems 100% or disregard your game completely without stealing every player’s money and time pretending to fix your technical problems honestly 100%

I’ve been playing this game for so many years and I still have it but it desperately needs an update. The task there asking you to complete are not complete able, or of the plants I use to plant year back now you can’t do it until level 70 some cray stuff. There was a major update a while back but it went for the worst. I love this game please update it !! Make it fun again! Aloe of people like it and have been playing it for years. It doesn’t take much to upgrade a game just a few good ideas. Please update it and upgrade not downgrade!

It has a lot of problems right now but that's only because they have stopped updateing it but in the past it was such an amazing game I really hope they decided to start updateing it again so those of us who have been playing for years can keep playing and so people who have never played will have a chance to descover how wonderfull this game is

Once upon a time it was fun.
This is an abandoned app. It was fun a few years back. Now there are no updates and nonsensical things going on in the game with no instruction and no promise of reward. It’s still asking for real money, although there is no way of completing the game at this point. Certain recipes are impossible to complete. There is very little instruction and many glitches. No longer properly connects to Facebook, while still annoying me with prompts to connect. Beware. It’s dead. Don’t waste your time.

I have played this game on my kindle apple pro tablet and now my new apple tablet I am only downloading a couple of my old games each time I have played has been different I DO enjoy the game a lot I am eager to see how this one starts for me thank you very much for this opertunity to play this game I guess all will be fine if not you will hear from me!
