Game updated and unlocked! Love the series and replaying all of them. 😀 Already purchased the game, when click on unlock there is no option to click for already purchased only to re-buy the game.

Fairy godmother stories puss in boots collectors edition
What has happened to the quality of your games lately? I used to love your games with no issues. The last few games have had multiple issues which gets very frustrating. In this current game the gnome hat froze in its place when I cut the glass, had to start over. One of the hidden objects is behind the hint button, what sense does that make if you can never click on the object. In the bonus chapter, I can NOT pick up the beans so can go no further. Very disappointing!!!!

Still has a bug
I deleted the 1st version because of the issues. After your most recent update I tried again. I’m not able to access the card, artifacts or photos. It does show the amount found but nothing happens when I click on them. I tried to open the collection when the pop up appeared but it closed too quickly. Am I the only one with this issue?? I’d love to play it but I’ll wait for an update again. As always thanks for a purchase game rather than F2P.

Now stamps don’t stick/Was:Unable to replace lightbulb
Edit 9/17 Now can replace the lightbulb in front of Mangiafuocco’s house, but the stamps don’t stick over the images on the resulting postboxes. Sooooooo frustrated!!!!

Like martek54 and pookie8380 can’t replace lightbulb so can’t continue. Please fix soon! I really like your games but your tech quality has slipped over last several months. Quality of art and story both really nice, but the continual tech issues are frustrating.

Major glitches as usual
“Cannot purchase at this time” error. Probably for the best because this developer’s games are always super glitchy. I only played the trial period because I couldn’t purchase full version. During the trial there was a popup ad to buy a game from this developer that I was forced to click into because it had no “x”, and it kept showing up in my browser. Very sketchy. Deleted.

Fun game but when I tried to unlock, it wouldn’t let me! I deleted and tried again with same result. I want to play!!update!! Now can’t replace lightbulb! Getting tired of having to try and try again, please fix

Cannot Proceed
I am unable to replace the bulb in Chapter Two. I have deleted the game and reopened, started from the beginning and the same thing. I purchased the full game and now out money. I am reading of a lot of glitches. Obviously, you have not fixed them.

Bought this game, got to the postcard puzzle and the stamps won’t stick. Same problem others encountered that is STILL not fixed. I contacted the support guys who were not only rude and obnoxious, but never fixed the problem! I cannot believe they are still in business!

Stuck again
Got to chapter 5 now I can’t get the glue or wire after I pulled the level on the box. The box fell down and now I have to start over. Not very happy. It was a great game until that happened. Don’t know if I want to start over.
