Fake Island: Demolish is a building demolition game based on real physics and gravity. You need to place the TNTs in the available slots in the builds. Fun Game but one small issue...
I played this game and have thoroughly enjoyed it. However, there is one small issue I hope to get resolved. I went ahead and purchased the pack that grants you unlimited dynamite and removes ads. As much fun as I was having I figured a few dollars wouldn't hurt anyone's feelings. Until...I had an issue with the app (I don't blame the developers, these things happen) and used a tried and true method that I have used on many other apps that gave me similar troubles. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This resolved the issues, but when I selected the option to "Restore Purchases" I got nothing. Tap the button and nothing happens. So that's a few bucks out the window. If, at some point in the future, this gets fixed, I'll happily improve the score and update my review. Until then, while I definitely recommend playing this game, I'd recommend you save your money until you can be certain that your purchases will carry over.

Far too many ads and bugs
Graphics & sound-wise, this game is fairly utilitarian. There’s no 360° view of anything, and the camera button only has two options. The second one doesn’t really serve any purpose, other than to show an angle somewhat to the left of the regular head-on camera. But it’s generally still fun to play.
However, like most F2P games now, it’s clearly designed to get users to watch numerous ads in order to take down many of the buildings and structures. I’ve had a couple where I needed to watch at least 10 ads in order to cause the 90%+ destruction required to 3-star a level.
In addition, once you get to level 60, the “Next Level” button link stops working. You can only tap on “Replay Level”, then hit the Home icon to get back to the level select screen.

Almost great
This is a really cool game but there are two major problems with it. 1. Fair enough to charge for unlimited dynamite. I paid for it. But now it’s trivially easy. Your score is not based on how much dynamite you use so every level you just can use unlimited sticks and do a perfect demolition. I think it’s fine to charge for unlimited dynamite and to allow that but each stick you use should count against your score. As it is it’s not challenging and you don’t even know how many sticks is an appropriate number to use for a level. So you get a perfect score every time and it’s boring. 2. You used to have timed charges. That was a super important part of the game. So basically this version has a great engine but just a couple very small tweaks would go a looooong way. I get that sometimes it’s not worth making big changes to an app that isn’t #1 in the store but these are tiny. Probably just a day or less to add. Please consider adding it back!

Extreme fun but one so so annoying thing
I bought one of the packs that gave unlimited dynamite, but I only wanted it as an option, I just really wanted to get rid of ads. So it is annoying that I am unable to play all the buildings with the intended explosives limits. It was fun challenging myself to do better and better against the stated supply - kind of like Par when playing golf. And so now, I can’t do that ☹️☹️☹️ At least either change it to the normal amount with a button to add more for free since we paid for unlimited, or ∞ but with the expected goal also displayed. Please please. That would definitely make this a full ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! P.S. also, anytime we open a building to play, there should be a way to put the previous arrangement. It’s just saving us having to either jot it down or take a snapshot.

Great But…
It’s a really great game but when I purchased the unlimited bombs, all levels now have unlimited bombs so I no longer know what the minimal amount of bombs I should use to try and beat the level for 3 stars. The game’s purpose is to bring down the building with a limited amount of bombs but now i have no clue what that minimum is so I inevitably blow the building to smithereens and get no satisfaction. Lol. ***Please update with either the required amount of bombs listed to take down a building or maybe another mode without unlimited bombs so that the game stays competitive.

Another Scam App Don’t Get
TLDR they get info from you that you agree to, in order to play. But theres no way to read WHAT you’re agreeing to so they’re most likely stealing your information.
Yea this app set off my red flags way too early. I have no problem if a game is fun but cheaply made, however, upon opening the app it makes you agree to a privacy policy that you cannot read. Or at least I could not, and it seems to be because the URL thats supposed to lead you there doesn’t exist. I would be reporting this app but apple doesn’t have that feature or control for their apps on the app store as far as I can tell.
The fact that this app has info about obtaining your info on the app, BUT doesnt ever tell you what info implies to me that its only for not good games. Cannot stress this enough, if you’re at all paranoid about your data being stolen do not get this app

Dissapointed about absence of twin towers

What happened to the fun?!
This game used to be SUCH a good time waster. I would play it while flipping through channels for hours. But now? It’s crap. For some unknown reason, the game developers have removed the single best aspect of the game…THE TIMERS!! You USED to be able to set the order of the explosives so that they went off at different times; making the game much more strategic than “place dynamite here” and explode simultaneously. I have tried on FIVE different occasions (using three different e-mail accounts to be absolutely certain that the developers received them) and have yet to hear back from them. I’m so disappointed that the developers decided to cut off their own legs. This game WAS so entertaining. Now I’m about to delete it all together. Such a freaking shame. 😢

Good for the company! Not the player!
2 stars at best. This game is rigged to make you spend money. After lvl 1 it’s ad after ad. Corse you can pay to have no ads. Building require more explosives then provided forcing you to, you got it! Watch more ads. Then it’s an ad after every building! So while you spend 5 seconds or your life playing it’s 30 secs of ads for every 5 seconds. I glad there driving around in there bmw’s while giving you a low budget game that’s all about them making money. You sitting down with ads like a dope all night trying to enjoy a game while they are getting rich! Keep feeding them for crap. At least make it worth playing.

Worked Great for a Few Days
After purchasing some upgrades, I can no longer stage the explosives which greatly hinders how a building can be demolished. I have also been double charged for the infinite TNT and because I cannot restore purchases. If you enjoy this game, don’t buy anything, it messes up the whole game (previous reviews are having similar problems). I have reached out to the developers and Apple and all Apple can do is issue a refund or tell me to delete and re-download (which I did and then had to repurchase the infinite TNT since restore purchases didn’t work) and the developers have not messaged me back. If the problem is fixed I’ll rate this game 5 stars because it is that fun, when it works.
