Reports
The app overall is good, however it’s not flexible enough to download the reports , neither you can print it out or email. Therefore you need add this features to allow printg & share properly . Other hospitals and clinics app are much better then Fakeeh app.

It works great, but it crashes after the last iOS update
The app has great functionality but that is only usable if the app opens. Unless the phone is restarted every time right before using the app, the app will immediately crash upon opening.

App was great initially but it is no longer functioning! In fact, I am not even able to login to my profile on desktop. Please troubleshoot!

Why I can connect to one user only??
If the father who has 4-5 children, does he have to get a mobile for each one or sign out & in for each child??

After the updates I cannot find my lab and radiology reports in addition my file and ID have changed Where’s my previous history ?

All my data have been mixed with another patient and my unique MRN number had been used for other patient that I d not know.
