You start with a brief breathing exercise called 4-7-8 : 4 seconds to breath in, 7 to to hold and 8 to breath out, done 4 times. Our timer will help you with that exercise. After that - read countdown text that helps you to relax and fall asleep, from 30 to 0. Not asleep yet ? Please find some short stories to read that will help you to be more relaxed and sleepy. As a bonus, please find a military method, developed by the US Navy that hopefully will finally put you to bed and will allow you to enjoy sweet dreams. Our app does not use any sounds or noises! You can read our short sleepy stories anywhere without headphones.
