Everyone loves posting to Facebook, Twitter and social media but it's such a shame that many older or less 'techie' loved ones who are living in care homes are missing out on the news and fun.

Familigrams are photo messages sent from your mobile phone or website - converted to printable telegram style messages that are printed at the Care Home your loved one is a resident at. Placed into the hands of Granny and Gramp!

Simply choose the Care Home, and send your photo message leave the rest to Familigram.

The new Familigram POST app has been tweaked to make it even easier to send POST to your loved ones living in Care Homes with a newly designed submission form and the ability to prepare your POST offline. There is also now a dedicated iPad app making the POST experience even more enjoyable on iPads.
