Ice Storm Power Outage-FAN MIRACLE!
For ANY “I can’t sleep without a fan/sound” this app is a MUST! Me, nor my toddler can sleep in “silence.” We both woke up around 2 a.m. (in sync, when power when out.)I downloaded this app and finally thereafter; within 30 minutes we were both back sound asleep. Otherwise, we would’ve never fallen back to sleep. #truestory #fannoisebeliever

Clean and simple.
The app is minimalistic and practical. No bait-and-switch, in-app purchases. Nice “hybrid” white noise which sounds like a constant rapids waterfall, more than a straight fan noise. I love that! No looping either. It also does not have a timer, but my set alarm shuts it off just as well. I would buy again. Oh, Wait!! It’s fully free!!!

Made My Day!
I’m a single mom, who has children a tad on the noisy side. They are capable of taking care of themselves for the most part, but still have moments when they rough house and bruises happen. This fan has brought me peace, but still allows me to attend to my duties as a mother.

This app originally went back to its original set up. Unfortunately since the app was sold to a different person my previous money paid didn’t roll over to this apps new owner.
The app itself says it only asks for “99 pennies” to keep it going. That is a lie. It’s 2$ a month on a subscription model. I have no problem paying. But the fact that it’s a subscription is just greedy. Time to look for a different app.

Where did my Box Fan go?
I guess the app updated in the middle of the night because I woke up to silence.
And now the sound I use (the one that actually sounds the closest to my fan at home) on all of my trips is gone.
The only sound that is left is just white noise. Which is fine, I guess. But really grumpy I spent forever downloading tons of apps to settle on this one and now the reason I did is gone…

What is up with this app?!?
UPDATE: The developer contacted me and they have indeed reverted to the old app features but now, despite having purchased it twice, they keep asking for another payment to keep it working. Get ANY OTHER APP!
This was my go to. My guaranteed sleep. On all our phones and we paid for it. Now, unless you upgrade AGAIN it’s wonky and won’t work. Skip this one. Used to be the absolute best but until they reconfigure, STAY AWAY.

Upgrade is not good
This used to be a great, simple, bare bones fan sound. That sound is no longer available. New fan sounds were added and they are not at all good. The new stuff features high pitched noise that is mostly annoying and to top it off a periodic fade out was added. ??? Why ??? This new updated version has no relaxing options. Please add the old fan noise back.
