Great app to catch South American football. BUT !
I will say I love the service, I particularly watch Brazilian football and watch all the Serie A and B games. It’s a great service for that and I follow along by watching the Copa Libertadores and Sul Americana competitions. My only complaint is, and I am primarily watching on Roku and recently switching to Apple TV, the app is clunky (hard to explain but it’s not very well organized out) this is something Fantiz should be looking to fix since a lot to folks probably watching using a set top box than streaming on iPhone or IPad. So I would just recommend Fantiz to clean that up, and oddly enough on Roku you can find all tournaments uploaded but on Apple TV it says there is no tournaments available to watch. Though while using the IPhone app, they are all there. That’s just an example. Overall, I’d say good app, but needs the format worked out, organize the competitions and make sure they are available to people who are using set top streaming boxes. It matters.

All the beIN channels that I lost on DirecTv and more
Has all the beIN channels, including connect. GOL TV, TyC Sports too for other South American leagues as well. I have a high speed internet connection. A great streaming service if you’re watching on a mobile device or iPhone. However, if you watch Fanatiz using an Apple TV or Roku on a big screen TV, it’s pretty obvious there are severe bandwidth limitations on all of the channels they stream. I’ve had the service for about a week and have seen pixelation on every broadcast. It’s as bad as when beIN was still carried on DirecTv and that awful beIN Connect app was available to us-same bandwidth issues.
A very reasonably priced service to get your La Liga fix. If you can overlook the streaming issues then it’s a bargain for Spanish football fans that can’t get it in linear TV.

Fana rip off
I have been an on and off subscriber, I was very happy two years ago when I first got the app, I watched many games from the Bolivian league. I canceled because I found another way to watch the Bolivian League, however, I continued to contact the app to see if anything changed in their programming. At the beginning of the year, I again subscribed and noticed that none of the Bolivian games were available even though they still had the logo on the menu. When you clicked the icon you got the image of no matches at this time. I emailed the app and told them what is going on and they said that they would show the following weeks game, no I have been waiting a month and half, and no matches during this time I have sent several emails with my concerns and I get the same response that a third-party provider isn’t providing the stream. My question is why do you continue to advertise it on your website and your app. Remove the logo so there is no confusion. Horrible app. and phony advertisement.

Simply lame
I thought I’d be saving money by paying $9.99 or whatever, instead of $40 to watch games every now and then. Every time I would try to watch a game I wanted, like River-Boca, the app would fail, or it wouldn’t transmit some game I was expecting to watch, because of the limitation of the channels it offers. I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for a bit, and they make the process extra hard to do so (no app makes it easy to get out, because they are loosing business) I’m writing my first review to express the frustration these domino of failures has created, and, consequently, my attempt to unsubscribing, and failing. Hopefully I can get some help here, because their customer service is non existent, and I don’t want to pay them $10 come the next billing cycle, ‘cause they’re not worth it. Save yourself a headache, don’t sign up with these folks.
UPDATE, I tried to leave the app, but I’ve been charged for another month of this useless app. Please, don’t support lame companies like this one. DO NOT GET THIS APP. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

You get the games with minimal video quality.
As a seasoned cord cutter I have been very judicious about my video provider selections. One thing I have had a problem with here in the States is the lack of anyone carrying La Liga without subscribing to additional content I wouldn’t watch.
FuboTV is just to expensive but a great service. I just don’t like Sling. A friend told me about Fanatiz, so I tried it out. The app is functional on the iPhone and the picture isn’t bad. I was watching with a friend that uses FuboTV for the Barcelona and Valencia match and there was a 3 second delay on my end.
Next I used the app on my AppleTV. I found the app to not be visually appealing but it worked.
That said, the stream was utter garbage.
I found it painful to watch. I would guess it was 480p upscaled to 720i. The ghosting was constant whenever there was any movement of the camera on the ball. The picture was not very clear unless everyone was standing still on the pitch. The more troubling thing is that this was a recorded match, it wasn’t even live.
So for $7.99... I don’t know. I like the price but the video quality is iffy on the iPhone and unwatchable on anything else. If Fanatiz upped their game on a better quality steam and didn’t compress the heck out it I might consider coming back, but it’s just not worth it at the moment.

Audio support
Great product , so much potential , but few complains ;1 the audio doesn’t work properly , it’s a nightmare ! The week before of a main game the app really is one of the best in America , the match day the app really has so many problems .
2 the streaming only works sometimes on internet , why should I have download the app , well , just trying to live the experience and get the option to connect with a chromecast . I hope you guys gonna fix those little problems and make great this app , we are expecting so much on you. Thanks

Price Hike, no improvements!
Hi! I have been with you guys for a few years now, you’ve increased the price for the service but I see no improvement to justify the price hike; I have a few problems:
*By far the most annoying is how many times I have to log back into the app either my tablet, phone, Apple tv (all my devices are iOS). I watch almost daily and I have to re log in almost every time, again REALLY ANNOYING.
*I watch “Canal RCN” and the default aspect ratio is set to horizontal, NOT widescreen therefore is annoying and not normal of all the streams this is the only one that shows it that way PLEASE FIX.
I would really appreciate it if you guys worked on this. I have sent several emails to the support team but so far all of them ignored! Really bad, lackluster “customer support” if you can call it that.

Great Price for Hard to Find Soccer
Fanatiz has very reasonably priced service for seeing soccer matches that would either be unavailable or require a much more expensive service like Fubo. As far as I know, it is the only source in the US for the Portuguese Primeira Liga. It carries many Latin American leagues as well as Spain’s La Liga. Channels include BeIn Sports feeds (in Spanish or English) and Gol TV among others.
All for much less than you spend on Netflix.
The picture quality isn’t fantastic, but you have no trouble watching the match. If you care about the game more than a fancy tv, you won’t be disappointed and the price point is very reasonable.

Great service for South American football+
All your South American football, including local leagues, cups, and continental cups in one place! That alone makes it worth it, compared to the boring and predictable apps that only have European football. In addition to that, you get all the bein channels and some other ones. Some European leagues are included too (like ligue 1, so all of Messi’s games are there), and, this year, the African cup of nations was a delightful bonus. Would 100*100 recommend.

Don’t buy or use this app
They will just overcharge you for games. Their COMEBOL World Cup qualifiers is like we went back in time 15 years , back in progress of soccer access in America It is insane the amount they are asking per game ($30 per game, over $250 to watch all the games in a week of qualifiers) when last World Cup we could watch all of them through bein sports. Do not support this company unless you want more soccer be overcharged here in the USA.
Hopefully they will not succeed and we go back to what it should be , bein sports showing all the games or another channel , not charging per each game. Screw this business model that juts tries to abuse the consumer.
