Love the platform for the most part.
My main complaint is that it tells fans that a creator is “not popular enough” to leave a tip. If you are going to restrict features please just hide them from fans instead of producing a pop up that highlights how unsuccessful the creator is! I am using this platform as a way to keep VIP clients closer, so it’s a small group and limited access on purpose. I know the threshold is low, but it doesn’t feel good to know that idea is being planted in their heads. I would also love more detailed guidelines for content in the terms of service to make sure I don’t accidentally misinterpret something and post something that would be a violation. I haven’t posted any explicit nudity but I have a number of images that fail to load on my private fanwall. Images that have implied nudity (everything covered up) or that are completely blurred (double blur filters) as a teaser for content available elsewhere are unavailable. There is no way to get support for this in the app when this happens.

it COULD be the next big app…
i see the potential with FanHouse. to the creators of the app: please add an explore page so it’s easy to find other people and connect through it. I would also like to be able to follow some creators to view their public stuff, but still keep the subscriptions only for their private feed. reason being is because i WANT to follow people but if i have to pay for all of them, im not going to want to pay for all of them, maybe two accounts.. and at that point the apps not worth it anymore. i also think you should work on marketing the app more to influencers to bring them over to this app. also have a button on peoples pages to report them when they post nudity since it’s not allowed. just small thoughts that i think could bring a big change.

Helps creators make a living
While creators have a lot of options for making content nowadays, none are like fanhouse in that users can post about their lives, engage with fans in a meaningful way, and monetize their content so that they can actually make a living. but what separates fanhouse even more is that they defend creator incomes, recognizing that it can be tough to balance creating good content with being able to support yourself. I heard they’ve paid over a million dollars out to creators in just the last 8 months, and still continue to make sure creators have the means to do what they love.
beyond that, the app is easy to use and pretty, and it’s honestly a much more rewarding social media experience. I’m looking forward to what’s to come.

Great app but some issues for the devs
1. When creating an account and trying to come up with an account name, if it already exists, pressing next does nothing. It doesn’t put some verbage up saying the name already exists. I figured it was a dup name and tried again with a couple of other names before next button worked.
2. The search window is confusing. I expected to be shown a search field with the keyboard up. Instead I saw “Your Houses” and was confused. Why not have a separate place for Your Houses and not convolute the search window? I finally saw another search icon that needs to be pressed before getting the keyboard and search field.
If I find other issues, I’ll update this review 😊

Love fanhouse.
This app has legit helped me so much. As a creator it’s a struggle to find income when you’re making free content for twitter and stuff like that, but all the features are so useful. The locked pictures are one of my favorite features besides the group chat where I can talk to all of my supporters. This beats Patreon and fansly and all the other competitors. I feel like it’s a private Instagram that people pay for. App is worth giving a shot if you’re a creator looking for extra income in a way that doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. I’m so grateful this app exists, go catch a bag on fanhouse 💅🏽

Love this app as a user & creator
This app is perfect for content creators! It gives your community a new way to be a part of your life & content. You can set you own price for everything and the developer really let you be in charge of how you run your page and content. I could not have asked for a better platform to expand on and find amazing other creators to connect with.

Good but some frustrations
From a supporter only/not a creator perspective, the app is good and I appreciate it as a way to support creators, but 1) it needs a way to not show fanwall posts by people other than the creator themself, and especially not push those fans' posts as notifications, and 2) it needs to not insist on updating seemingly every other day and *preventing* use of the app until that update happens, even when I'm not home/using data and thus don't want to update until I have wifi access. An occassional major update that requires updating first would be understandable, but every single update, and so frequently? Is highly frustrating.

Buggy, crashes, cannot handle media
This app is truly doomed to failure. It sets out to be a “clean” onlyfans, with subscriptions and tips, and rules against adult content and yet looser than Instagram or tiktok. It doesn’t seem sure who it’s demographic is. Not that it matters, since it’s technology is not equipped to handle the kind of media it wants to host.
No matter what device you are on, if you are subscribed to someone with a decent amount of video and photo content, it will crash EVERY SINGLE TIME once enough items have been scrolled. It simply cannot handle the load that it’s auto-play ambitions think it can achieve.
Even when it doesn’t crash the app is laggy, finding things is anything but intuitive or user-friendly, and you will see staff practically begging you to use the app in messages and notifications.
This is simply a dead-in-the-water also-ran social network that launched before it had a clear idea of what it wanted to be and without the tech to support it even if it had known. Just avoid

Poor experience as a creator
The app is very confusing to use and navigate and customer support is some of the worst I’ve experienced in the tech business. After creating my creator account, I attempted to test out the user experience before directing my fans to sign up. First red flag was them prompting users to pay money outside the App Store (that should be more red flags than a golf course for y’all right there ⛳️ - then Apple support cannon intervene in purchasing disputed.) Then when the other content creator did not follow through with the deliverables, customer support all but told me to pound rocks. So basically I have been defrauded, and thereby warn all of you to stay far, far away. Patreon here we come!

I saw other creators trying it so I gave it a shot but on top of being laggy (maybe they’ll fix that, idk) there’s no way to discover anyone lol Unless you have another social media where you promote your Fanhouse on, people won’t find you on here and it will be nearly impossible to grow. I like the idea of users subscribing to their faves content but also idk how this is allowed on Apple because it’s basically an Onlyf*ns disguising itself as supporting small businesses. Yes there’s have a public wall where there’s safe for work content but then you “subcribe” and holy crap it’s like P*rnh*b exploded smh
