Game background and how to play:

1/ You start in San Francisco, an aspiring designer just opened your first shop. You've always been creative, from playing dress up with barbie dolls as a kid, hours on the sims, learning to sketch and creating an amazing portfolio at a top design academy. Together with your investor Eva you'll begin by designing your very first item - a gorgeous pink dress which is sure to bring in initial shoppers

2/ After making your first sales you'll want to expand capacity for racks, registers, dressing rooms - and don't forget decorations to attract the style minded clients.

3/ As your boutique grows you'll learn more and unlock more outfit categories of items - shoes, heels, bags, purses, rompers, jumpsuits, makeup, cosmetics, accessories and more.

4/ After a while you'll probably find yourself busy as the sole worker in your boutique - it will be time to find the perfect staff to join you on your journey. But first you'll need to find a way to persuade them to join - and each have their own story to tell and personality to work with.

Get the app! It IS worth it, and I like it!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I had started playing in 2016 until it became boring for me. I just downloaded it again a couple days ago and now it is SO ADDICTING! I play it all the time, and I love how they constantly give you new quests so your never bored! I’m also very happy I am able to use ads to skip the very long periods of time to stock clothing. The only thing this app needs to work on is the fact that they put some really good quests, but they sometimes require a pack which is for money. Some people don’t have money to get those packs and finish the quest. It’s very difficult, but I was very lucky to be able to buy it. I may have been able to, but others may not. I love all the different types of clothing and that you have other workers there! This has become my favorite game, and you should try it, too! If it glitches, I’m sorry. But there are no glitches for me! Except one time when they wouldn’t move, but I just had to close the app and turn it back on again! Thank you for reading, and I really recommend this app.

My 5 star rating has finally went to 1 star. This game became PAY TO PLAY!

Been playing 2016, 2017. Use to be the greatest game to play, I have even told Frenzoo how great their game was through emails. They have always offered “pay for” packages. No problem, I’ve bought many, they’re very cute- MOST OF THE TIME AT LEAST. I only buy the ones I like I refuse to blow money on every package this game puts out, I’m not one of THOSE people. Well frenzoo has recently made it where they ONLY put out fashion challenges for those who buy the latest packages. There’s ALWAYS, at any given time, 4 non- package required challenges vs 30 packages required challenges. The biggest aspect of this game is winning the challenges against other players. Frenzoo has made that virtually useless to people who won’t buy every single package they put out(there’s usually 3-6 out constantly). On top of that, the packages are now being put out as 3 or 4 different packages. They take one big package and split it into several little packages to get more money from players. It’s so disgusting. I’m sad to give this game up but I’ve had to. I won’t support this rip off company. Maybe there was a change in management of Frenzoo at some point because I can’t believe the (negative) change that has happened in the last year or so.

Awesome Fashion Game

I may be one of the players who has played the longest. I have not purchased all the packages, but I have purchased the ones I wanted to buy. The packages have jumped from four to six. I suspect the price increase is due to the world wide inflation. This game does have excellent customer service which I am sure is highly unusual. It is one of the reasons why I still play. I wish the purchase packages were not quite as often, but other than that, I can not say anything bad about the company. Once in awhile the team even gives us a few gems with which we can purchase items. Most days we also get a few free items at least on my version. At Christmas we get some delightful surprises. I just wish there was a way to collect the free items if we happen to be out of town and travel to a place that does not have Wi-Fi. But if you want to chose a well orchestrated and fun game, I would urge you to choose this particular game. Well worth my investments.

Great game, some problems

To whom this may concern,
I’ve been playing your game for a little over a month with a gf of mine. We are doing the same missions/levels at the same time but for some reason on the first quest that allows you to get an extra employee, we both completed the quest but my gf got the employee and I never did. It says I completed the quest but some reason or another I can’t hire employees. I continue the game thinking I made a mistake or something and when the next opportunity arose to get an employee, my gf and I again played the same mission at the same time, she got the employee and once again it tells me I completed the quest, but no employees. I can’t run 3 stores on my own. It seems to be an unfair advantage. I have an iPhone 6s and my gf uses a iPhone 7, could that be the problem? I have all the latest updates and iOS. Thanks I hope we can get this issue resolved so I can continue enjoying your game! Thanks

Upsetting

Since my review below, the game is working absolutely perfectly-loading quickly, I am able to clean any item around the store, etc. I highly recommend the game! And a few non-glitch related loves of the game, challenges are fun (one of the main reasons I am always playing). You can decorate the store any way you like. There is so much more I can say about this amazing app! xoxo Fashion Empire Lover :)

I’ve had this game for a long time. I was just never able to play it because you have to wait FOREVER for it to load. Another thing is the fact that now, whenever the money icon pops up, you have to be like 2 steps away from the item to clean it. Same deal with the cashier. You can’t check out customers’ clothes. The issue is it’s not like you get to choose where the staff go. You have to wait for them to gradually wonder over there. I absolutely hate this. At least let players choose where the staff go. Mine stay in the same place a the time.

Great game, Great service

I have a great time with this game. I did purchase a few items but you don’t have to if you don’t want to you can still play just fine without making purchases. I also uninstalled my game and it wasn’t backed up. Don’t do that lol. I did email the customer service team to see if they could help. At first they said they couldn’t locate it and I thought well that’s the end of that game because I didn’t want to start over, but they reached out two more times saying they may have found it and gave me a photo of the store they located. The second time it was my store!! I was so excited and pleased with their service. They were so good to work with and had a quick response time. Would highly recommend this game.

Great game

I am highly enjoying this game, I love the graphics and the customization of the characters and shop. I rated 4 stars though mainly for two reasons. First reason, I feel sometimes the amount of cash spent to complete quests is more than the reward of the quest. If I have to spend 500 cash to not only design the item but also to craft it then the reward of that quest should be 500 cash or more, not 200 cash for example. My second reason for not rating 5 stars is that I do wish there were more options of decor and wardrobe items including hair, makeup, bags, and shoes, etc. especially for lower level players. If more options are added that you can purchase with cash ((the in game currency that is not gems)) and the quests rewards are equal to the cash spent I feel like that would elevate the playing experience so much. Great game, but I hope more updates come in regards to customization and quest rewards.

5 star after they fix the bugs

This game has occupied most of my day and a fair chunk of my bank account for the past couple weeks but i just deleted it because i feel that my money and time is going to waste until they fix the bug that causes the game to reset after you close the app. You can go through the process of strategizing times and boutiques to sync to your schedule and time certain missions only to open the app and have 4 missions you already completed marked incomplete, clothes you stocked back in the inventory, sold items backnon the floor, but the money spent doesnt come back.

Then there’s also the issue of missions that require you to talk to a certain customer or clean a certain decor... but they NEVER spawn that customer NOR dirty that decor. Ive had a mission sitting for two weeks now because they want me to clean a birdcage and ive placed FOUR birdcages (one in each boutique) and none of them ever get dirty.

Then there’s the issue with certain clothes just never downloading. Some missions require the use of certain clothes. Clothes that ive unlocked but continue to say “downloading check back in 5 minutes or close the app” and 3 days later still nothing.

I love the game. Its very well made. But things like this interfere with the consistency of the game and impede your ability to complete certain missions especially ones with a time limit.

Fix the bug. I’ll be back. ♥️

So upset

I stumbled onto this game last night, and started to play. It is very addicting UNTIL my game hit a glitch and stalled. Soooo, I thought I could delete the app and bring it back up. Wrong. I lost everything. And I’m one of the ones who purchased cash and gems so that I could level up and get to better clothes. I had gotten to vip3. The game started me back a square 1. So I started over again. And once again without deleting the app this time I tried to connect to fb, and it took me to lvl 1. Can someone please help me. I feel like I’ve thrown money away.
Update...I was able to chat with someone in messenger. They walked me through everything and gave me my gems and placed me back to where I had progressed. Thank you. But the game still stalls and I have to shut my phone completely down and bring it back up. Why is this happening

Pretty Good

So, I don't have many complaints about the game. Loading is not bad, but sometimes the gameplay is slow. I don't know if that's my phone or just the game. Either way, there aren't many glitches and I love the quests. I played this game a while ago and decided to delete it, but then a friend recommended it and I to give it another try. I love receiving new garmenta and prizes, being able to style my doll and wear the clothes. Also, I love decorating my shop. And it's awesome that I can play offline! I didn't know I could do that before and if I had known, I would've kept playing. I like this game and recommend it. Luckily, I haven't run into much freezing or having to start over and hopefully it stays that way. It is very enjoyable. 🤗
