The bugs add up and can frustrate
I discovered this app a few weeks ago. It is clean and relatively intuitive but there are too many glitches and bugs and I can't wait until those are resolved. I wanted to tackle inbound plays first but the side courts and baselines disappear after I've drawn the initial plays. I have checked "show baseline" option in setting play up and I place an inbounder out of bounds but when I go back to review the play, that player can't be seen. I can't figure it out. Have had some issues with random crashes. I found myself drawing and re-drawing plays too much due to errors. Wish I felt more confident to pull this out in a timeout and draw something up but still have more faith in my whiteboard and marker.

Where are the updates? I am looking for a replacement. This was the go to app 6 years ago. I stop using the desktop version and am ready to end my ipad subscription. No support makes this useful tool pretty basic and limiting with what you can do now on devices. Can you possibly make some minor updates to make the app a little more useful?

Too many force closes on a brand new iPad
Everything about this app is awesome except the ability to get information out of the app to a shareable space. Every share feature force closes on a new iPad Air, full up to date, and the app is fully up to date. It is absolutely terrible and has been going on the last two years of using this app. Fix it!!!

Great Idea but.....
Great app for creating plays and giving details. The drawing function is very professional looking. The only issue I have had so far is that the app has crashed on me about 5 times in 2 days in the middle of the drawing function. Don't know what thats about. Hopefully a fixable glitch. Otherwise, a great coaches tool.

Great job I really like the user interface and ease. It's also a pretty smart app that recognizes screens/cuts well. Some suggestions though
1) Add ability to write a note on each frame
2) have a way to specify multiple options on a play and branch accordingly
3) be able to put in X's for a defense, more so important for zones. Also be able to specify this play is against a 2-3 or 3-2 etc

Easy and intuitive
I've been trying out several playbook apps, and so far this one is the best. It's so easy to use, I'm expecting it to reach the limit and tell me I can't save any more plays. Definitely don't like the $99 annual subscription price tag because I'm not interested in a PC version. Otherwise, it would be a 5.

2. Good for games. Not like hudl, but I would rather have a diagram to be ready ahead of time.
These are reasons why I'm frustrated with the app:
1. It's complicated because I'm still figuring out all the shortcuts to draw, but I'd prefer it anyways so I can have them ready in advance.
2. The program saved all my plays and I have to look at all of them to find the ones I want. I hate deleting things cause I'm afraid it may delete those on my computer for good also.

Does what I need it to do
After a few minutes, I was able to quickly draw up plays, save them and sort through them. There are also many plays/drills online to download. A nice, uncomplicated app.

Thank goodness we have this on our iPads..... Have used this software on laptops for quite some time now
Haven't tried it without wifi, but hope I don't have too much trouble with it.

Be careful
I made 9 plays and then I purchased the suite. When I went back to the app, it did not activate my new account and I had to deactivate in order to get all the features. This made me lose all my plays. That's about a 5 hours of work which is worth about how much I paid for the app. Check out the features but don't go crazy until you purchase. There should be a warning or something.
