I’m unable to access the app with my American phone number. I have tried multiple times and with different phone numbers, but I am still getting the message that something went wrong, the number doesn’t exist, or that it is a forbidden task. I have a valid phone number, so it should be working as when I first got my fastrack reflex watch, the app connected smoothly. I have had it for only 7 or 8 months, making it fairly new. I deleted the app because the watch band broke, so I had to wait for a new one. Once I re-downloaded the app, I could not go back into the app or my old account. I would appreciate some help and advice on what to do. I am willing to change this review if I get some help. Thank you!
