WOO! We finally did it, we solved all your issues and added some fun new features as well.
First, let us say thank you for supporting FDL and being apart of the family. We're sorry these updates took so long but we wanted to make sure we fixed everything for you guys.
Here are some of the improvements we made:
- Brand new design!
- Fixed the issue with not being able to log in randomly after not using the app
- Fixed the bug that prevented the app from loading
- Can EASILY log in with Face/ Touch ID, make sure to turn it on in Settings
- Can now pull down to refresh all the recipes in real time
- New easy to read recipe pages that break down the macros, ingredients, and directions for easier reading
- Favorites! We know you're excited about this one, but remember, they're not synced with your favorites on the website because of connectivity issues we couldn't get passed, however, you can now easily save all your favorites in the app
- New Explore Page with a lot of quick links including the categories and favorite recipes
- New redesigned Book Page to make viewing all the Best Selling 5.0 Recipes easier
- Forgot Password added to the login screen to easily reset your password
- You can now enlarge all recipe images in the Recipe view for easier access to see

Total game changer!!
This app and the entire FDL team deserve way more than 5 stars. There is so much content that’s available at our fingertips and Ben has created this app so that it is easily accessible.
I started by following Zach on Instagram years ago and then purchased one of his cookbooks. From there, I quickly became Protein Cookie Butter obsessed ~ and now I am a student of his Flexible Dieting University. I’ve been tracking macros for about 6 years and whether u r completely new to Flexible Dieting or a seasoned pro ~ the value added by FDL, this team, their awesome app and the recipes is INVALUABLE...a total game changer!!!

Not user friendly
I love the recipes, but the app isn’t user friendly. I bought a digital cookbook and I can barely see all of the recipes. It doesn’t have a feature to just jump straight to a recipe. There should be like a table of context or something. I have to scroll through all of the recipes at about 6 recipes at a time. I’m not sure how many recipes are even in this book (5.1 ). This app needs to be fixed to be more like an actual book, so that it is easier to look at and find recipes. Even the search function doesn’t work properly. Please consider an overhaul to this app.

Cures ALL of my cravings
I’m super thankful for the FDL team - my appetite is pretty ridiculous a lot of the time and the recipes in here have actually made me a better cook alongside satisfying my cravings to anything. I originally bought this book for one recipe - the Domino’s pizza. It’s life changing. However, since then I’ve discovered countless new protein treats and a new favorite protein pancake recipe that has replaced Kodiak Cakes forever. Thanks guys!! -Mara

Older Recipe Books
I contacted the support email today and was told that the “new app” doesn’t support previous versions of the Recipe Book, specifically 4.0.
I don’t understand how you can come out with a new application for your customers but limit their access to previous products they have purchased.
Biggest complaint that deters me from creating more of these recipes is accessing the information and I thought this app may fix that.
Disappointed in this apps capability but overall happy with the content that Zach puts out there.

Great Resource + Great Food
Zach and his team are insane in the best way. They are constantly striving for greatness, whether in their recipes or customer service. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received, small or large business. Thanks for pouring into us Zach! You and your team are amazing. It’s ok.
I love everything about having the recipes available on phone at all time.
However, I think that being able to see the recipes in their categories shouldn’t be a premium member feature. Because I feel it would deter me to have to go on the app itself.
It crashes about Everytime I go on it but other than that the interface is really user friendly. Except that it should be easier to find recipes by category

Awesome app and amazing customer Service!
When I originally bought the book I checked out as a guest, so I didn’t have an account. This meant I didn’t have access right away to the recipes! Reached out through the suggestion link and got a quick response and access right away! Super easy to use, and super convenient!

Great customer service, even better recipes!
Only thing better than their insanely fast and helpful customer support is the food. Within minutes of emailing about my problem I got a response and shortly after got the problems solved. Super patient and helpful.
