This is one of the most realistic games I’ve seen recently, it’s even high up there with Equestrian The Game. But, I feel like the purchasing systems are a little weird... it’s too cheap to buy a new horse and too expensive to buy tack, which is just a cosmetic. Update 2 august 2022: The game has made crazy improvement since my last review. The animations and the pass are much much better now. It still feels recycled, though it’s probably one of the bests horse games at the moment, other than Rival Stars (because of the graphics). I think most of the kinks of the gameplay have been worked out. Other than the horse and rider models being pretty outdated, at least there is a variety. This game is definitely above ETG and SSO. Update: since the new update the controls have gotten extremely hard to control. I switched to automatic steering and it still has the same problem. In all three disciplines my horse will randomly start going side to side. I can’t get perfect strides because of it. Also the season pass is mostly recycled clothes and accessories that have been there since the game was made, definitely not worth the 500 gold shoes.

Being someone who grew up loving horses, I always waited for a good and fun mobile game involving this type of equestrian gaming. It was long awaited, but I downloaded this game the moment it was available. I never really played it more than a few levels in because of how buggy it was, so I re-downloaded it recently to be reminded on how bad some of the mechanics are. I understand apps can be tough to develop with controls, but the controls all together are confusing and don’t work half of the time. Turning with the reins is mentally painful, the horse either turns too sharp or the game automatically puts you back onto the path for you to smack into a jump. The jump mechanic is severely flawed on distance, and everything in-game that you want has a price that is nearly impossible to achieve without spending some money. It’s fun, but it has its limits on how fun it is until you start spending money on it, then it just becomes another game in the library that you spent too much money on so your character can look cool. Definitely worth the time, but not really worth the money! Other than the negatives, I really do like the realism of the statistics for each horse, the breeds, and the rider appearances! I hope in the future we can breed our horses or have a more detailed purchasing system! 🤍

I understand the game is new but it’s pretty buggy. I love the concept and I can’t wait to see future updates because this game definitely has potential. I would give it more stars but I’m getting pretty annoyed at a lot of the bugs that I’ve come across. The one that has annoyed me the most is how buggy the teams seem to be. I spent gold horseshoes to create a team and within a day my team just disappeared like I never created it. Also while I had the team although myself and teammates were earning “team points” we were still at zero? Not quite sure how that works. I definitely want to create that team again... but maybe I’ll wait until a patch/update comes out so I don’t end up wasting 50 gold horseshoes to do it.

The controls are a bit clunky but I like the lay out. It’s really hard to do well consistently as the timing aspect, timed arrows, doesn’t seem to have much affect on whether you get a perfect jump or not. As soon as you think you figured it out you end up failing or getting “good” jumps.

Also the gaits could use a little work but for a mobile game they’re not bad at all. Overall I’m pretty happy with the game and all the potential it has. It definitely needs to be polished up but once the bugs are fixed and the game is smoothed out a bit I think it will be one of the best mobile horse games available. It’s just a diamond in the rough right now.

This is a great game and is probably even with Equestrian The Game and HorseRidingTales! I love how well the graphics are other than the horses movements are a little odd, the gates are kind of off I mean. After you do a PvP you have to completely close the app to continue playing. The jumps tell you when to jump but on the cross country the jumps are not even with the jump arrows so you either get to early or to late. I love how you can different breeds but they are all the same with different colors, like the Arabian, Arabian horses have very distinct features that the game does not show. I also do not like how expensive the tack is compared to the horses. I LOVE how there is not much ads because I hate ads. I also love how well the graphics are on the jumps and the dressage arenas. I believe that this game with a few improvements could be one of the best horse games there is. I also have a few recommendations, I would love fantasy horses like unicorns or pegasus. Of course I would understand if you want the game realistic as possible. Also I would love if you could raise foals, that would be so cool!!! This is an amazing game with great graphics and gameplay too! The quality of this game is astronomical and it walks you through the steps when you first log on it’s super helpful and you learn very quickly in a matter of time although there are some sets in the game that you have to pay for, you do earn free walkthroughs money (aka “Horseshoes”) and more! The controls are fairly simple and easy to handle they come with different difficulties and levels. Equestriad comes with 3 disciplines Dressage, Cross Country, and Show Jumping! You can earn bond points by taking care of your horse such as Brushing them, washing them, giving treats, and picking hoofs. (Beware of the temper lever when brushing or washing) when washing your horse make sure to keep in mind some horses don’t like to be touched in certain areas and can cause the temper level to rise. (You can switch to petting mode to the right when temper is up) after all there is so much to learn from this game and it is super fun and informational as well! I recommend this game for any of you interested in Equestrianism or even if you are an equestrian rider, this game is defiantly for you!

I would just like to start by saying that I really love this game, and it entertains me for a long time! But I would like to suggest some features and report some bugs. My main issue with this game is that when you tack up your horse, you can choose between dressage, cross country and show jumping. Now don’t get me wrong, I love this new feature, but when you buy stuff from the shop, it sometimes only shows up in one discipline. Another bug is that sometimes after you jump, it jumps again when you didn’t press the jump button. My last bug is that I’ve found a way to unlock all the stables without reaching the appropriate level. I’m level 23 and could have all the staples, but don’t, as I think that’s cheating the game and I don’t like that. Now I have some suggestions for new features! I think you should add more horse coloration options. Like Appaloosa, pinto or paint, speckled, or anything like that. It would also be cool if you could breed with your horses, or a stud farm that you could go to and breed with one of your horses and one of theirs, or another player’s horse and yours... it would also be cool if there was a furniture shop and you could spruce up your stable with some new decorations or something like that!

I am thoroughly enjoying this game and it fills the nostalgia I have for your previous PC game, Equestriad 2001. This game is exactly what I love - eventing! Bugs I noticed - there are daily challenges that repeatedly complete for reaching a specific level (example: reach level 5). The daily season collection seems to allow me to collect 2 or 3 season items within 10 min of each other. Suggestions: - ways to increase rider max energy levels - I need a way to check how much supplies I have. The current system prevents me from checking supply levels if all horses are out for training, and even then I can’t check the “step 2” supplies like the hoof brush and body brush nostalgia suggestion: adding weather selection or randomization. I recall that being a feature in Equestriad 2001, but obv it’s more of a nostalgia thing than a must-have Love it, keep up the good work!

Revisiting a while later, I actually dropped the rating. The character textures are very goofy looking, like you pasted an image over a smooth 3d model. Have you ever seen a horse jump? The cross country jumping animation gives me doubt. The controls are finicky, and the timing element with the circle closing in just doesn’t do it for me. It looks like the control is on time but then my horse fails the fence because I was a millisecond too early. No thanks!

...there are several things that are buggy. Twice while doing the Land Rover event, the horse went way out out of the map and I was not able to return. This happened once during cross country and once during show jumping. It is really frustrating when you’re doing well in a event, and then you have to quit it because you can’t complete a phase. It is especially annoying when you purchased energy for that event. Also at times the rein control will crossover to the speed controls and it causes the player to mess up. The scoring system is weird because half of the competitors get a zero after dressage.

It would be cool to add different tack for different phases like breastplates, martingales, and such. It would also be helpful if there was a way to do schooling that is not the exhibition for the different phases. More diversity in characters would be great as well.

All in all, I really enjoy this game. As someone who has evented before, I appreciate how this game is so much more realistic than many others. It is so cool how Land Rover and Badminton are realistic!!! This one was actually made by horse people. It really is an awesome game. I can not wait to see what comes next!

So I found this game, and I love horses it is so fun. I’ve played lots of horse games before and most of them I ended up deleting. This one game I did delete at one point, but missed it so much I got it back! One of the problems for me at least, When I downloaded the app the second time however, when you ride it makes me only able to click the button to jump and things, I can’t adjust the speed or use the reins to steer?! It doesn’t make sense because the first time I had the game it did not do that?!?!?! Back to the pros, you don’t need any horse experience to play this game. It has a lot of things that make this horse game a lot better than other horse games, very few ads. LITERALLY there is like no ads that is another reason I love the game! You can pick the name you want for you and for you’re horse, one problem with the name thing is I wrote in like 15 different names and it didn’t let me have any of them because the name was taken, so I think to make the game better they should really make it so you can have the same name as someone else. I like how there is different events. Love the game! Keep and improving!

To start off the game was very fun and maybe even on the same level of ETG. But same issues lie within the 2 games as tack is ridiculously expensive especially with the low earn and lack of energy you have. Now with you new update you can only buy ONE thing at a time and it doesn’t deliver for an hour. Or you could play 75 HORSESHOES to have it delivered sooner. And you need these things to care for your horse so you can compete in completions and so on. They also have added where you need to use 6 energy. Mind you you have 20 energy. So you get to play 3 different events. And it takes HOURS to refill. I find this ridiculous and with each event you get maybe 5-7 minutes of game play, if that. But this I could understand because we can watch videos for more energy, noted you can only watch 15-20 videos every 24 hours. But now you can only buy one thing at a time it is useless because you must care for your horse each time an event is over. Please make some changes and updates for us players who see potential and enjoy the game. With this new update, it is not NEARLY as enjoyable as it was. Thank you.
