Pretty good but glitchy
My answers don’t show up as being answered, despite them having been answered for over a week. And when loading other answers from people the app glitches and starts to sort through them rapidly. Overall, it’s a very useful and informative app with some minor issues.

Upset I can't use it.
This app is unusable to me. I can't use it because I've never been pregnant. The health profile makes you select an option, and because I've never been pregnant, I can't select an option, so I can't finish my profile, so I can't use the app. I've contacted Med Answers and while they were nice and helpful, all they could say was "We'll forward your feedback" I paid for tests for my husband and I - we got feedback that made no sense to us and when I had a phone call with an employee, he just talked at me for about an hour trying to "sell" me on why the product is great. I'm not saying what Med Answers does its bad - they do great things! This product and experience just wasn't what I thought it was, and in the end I can't use the app and I feel I wasted my time and money on this product. Med Answers has reached out to me since I originally wrote this review and we've come to an understanding after much frustration. They fight for what they believe in, and I can respect that.

Informative app, happy to find it while searching for something else.
Suggestion for improvement:
- allow the answers from the professionals to be enlarged, they are currently stagnant, and I found myself having to take a screenshot to enlarge the text given my eyes are tired from working all day
I hope the answers populate quickly as most questions seem a year or two old.

Faster Answers than expected
I asked five questions and received answers to all my questions. In some cases I received more than one answer. So much less overwhelming than having to read a bunch of blogs to get what I was looking for.

Keeps crashing and closing.
Worked great until today when the app immediately crashes and closes down upon opening. I tried deleting and reinstalling and still not working. Please fix it as it was a good app to get answers from actual fertility doctors.

Never answered
So it looks like unless you pay for the app, they will never answer your question. I asked over 2 months ago and never got an answer to my question. It’s all focused on people with PCOS. And the app jumps around a lot.
