In this release, we have improved the Restricted Account experience, where users that no longer have a Fetch box are still able to view their prior content purchases via the app.
We've also extended support for integrated search, enabling deep linking into content on the 7Plus app directly from search results.

In this release, We have redesigned the player experience and added support for native picture in picture, play next episode, and change season. Plus we added 24 hour Reverse TV guide which gives users the ability to find and stream shows that have aired on our main subscription channels in the last 24 hours either on the mobile or the associated STB.

- Universal Search across all the same content types as supported on Fetch boxes (incl. SVOD apps, excl. YouTube)
- Playback of 3rd Party App search results on TV or on the 3rd party app. Deep linking into content on 3rd party mobile apps available for 9Now, 10Play and SBS On Demand (with more coming)
- Recording playback enabled for all Free-to-Air channels

- updated the app remote control to enable voice commands. You can now search and control Fetch using your voice. To access simply open the app, pair it with your Fetch box, open the in-app remote control, then press & hold the voice button while telling Fetch what you'd like it to do.

Thanks to the Fetch customers who continue to give us feedback on the features and performance of our app. The key things included in this update are:

1. Our new Dark styling
- the white backgrounds have been replaced by black, and the fonts updated so the app matches the interface on your Fetch box.

2. The ability to playback recordings
- you can now play recordings from your MIghty and Gen 2 boxes, and from a Mini connected to a Mighty via multiroom.
- you can play recordings from subscription channels that you are subscribed to; all SD free-to-air recordings, and most HD free-to-air recordings (more coming).
- your Fetch box needs to be connected to the same network as your mobile device to view recordings.

3. A Quick Login feature for return users
- once you have logged in the first time, you will no longer need to re-enter your Fetch ID / Activation Code for subsequent logins.
- the code will be pre populated ready for you to enter, so you can access the app when you don't have your Code handy.

4. General bug fixes.
- a few general bug fixes, but nothing of note.

Thanks to the Fetch customers who continue to give us feedback on the features and performance of our app. This update includes some great additions related to managing playback of content on your TV from the app, as well as some important housekeeping improvements. We're still working on some of your other feedback, and there will be new more exciting features coming in future releases. So here's what's changed in this one:

Playback on TV via your Fetch box:
- You can now use the app to initiate playback on your TV of any content you have access to view. This means that you can seamlessly move from browsing on your app to watching on your TV without having to use the remote.
- We've updated the Picture in Picture (PIP) view so you can browse the app while you are watching something, and then easily and immediately return to watching.
- We've added a Cast icon that appears when you're using the full screen player to view content, which allows you to move straight to viewing the same content on your TV.
- There's also a new settings area where you can set default playback behaviour, including whether to always play on the app or on TV.

Performance fixes and enhancements:
- The channels now respond more quickly to actions initiated from the TV guide, giving you a faster smoother interaction.
- We've reduced load times across the app to enhance your browsing and viewing experience.
- There's an improved layout and display for iPhone X.
- The messaging is clearer around the need to "log out all devices" to enable playback of titles that have already been downloaded to other devices.
- We've made some big improvements to the connectivity and communications between the app and the box (thx for your patience with this one if it's been an issue for you).
- We've also done a general interface clean up, and dealt with some other minor bugs.
