Easily manage your health care benefit plans and expenses.

The Fidelity Health® app was built to help you minimize the time, cost, and hassle of managing your health care needs. It can help you manage your benefit plans and accounts if you’re enrolled in an employer-sponsored health benefits plan through Fidelity or if you have a Fidelity Health Savings Account (HSA).

With Fidelity Health, you can:

Access key info about your coverage and benefits
· See all your health plan coverage and benefit details
· Save and share pictures of your health benefit, prescription, and vaccination ID cards for easy access anywhere

Manage your health care expenses
· See your Fidelity HSA balances and transaction history, or balances for certain flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
· Reimburse yourself from your Fidelity HSA or FSAs for qualified medical expenses you paid out-of-pocket
· Pay your providers directly from your Fidelity HSA, brokerage or cash management accounts, or FSAs
· Scan a bill, so it’s easier to pay for health care expenses using your Fidelity HSA, brokerage, or cash management accounts
· Take advantage of your Fidelity HSA on the go by making one-time, tax-deductible contributions from your Fidelity brokerage or cash management accounts, or linked bank accounts

Navigate your day-to-day health care needs
· If enabled by your employer, search for in-network medical providers close to your location
· Scan a product’s barcode to help find out if it’s a qualified medical expense for your Fidelity HSA or FSAs

The Fidelity Health app is available to people who enroll in their employer-sponsored health benefits through Fidelity or have an HSA with Fidelity. Our latest update adds 2 new features to the Fidelity Health app. The first enables you to add a new provider to your list for bill payments, right from the “Pay an expense” feature.

The second new feature helps take the guesswork out of shopping for qualified medical expenses. Just scan a product’s barcode to help find out if it's a qualified medical expense that you could pay or reimburse from your HSA or health FSA.

AV.SETHI,
Notes or Memo for self reimbursement
It would be good to have notes or memo feature during reimbursement to leave details for future references
k1rk,
Not as good as other HSA apps
1. “Saved receipts” feature doesn’t work.

2. Why is this a separate app from the NetBenefits app? At least provide a link between them. My card says “NetBenefits.” My company calls this “NetBenefits.” Why is this a separate app called “FidelityHealth”? It doesn’t connect with any health app, and doesn’t provide any health info.

3. “Scan” doesn’t scan my receipt like the previous HSA app my company contracted with. Even standard business-expense reimbursement systems, like Concur, do this.
JRH Reviews,
Not quite what they advertise
Learned about this app from an email Fidelity recently sent to me. I have a Fidelity HSA through a former employer.

Turns out that the app only works for current employees. Otherwise you get a message that your account is locked ( fortunately it did not lock web access to my HSA).

Fidelity, please make your description crystal clear and stop sending emails about the app to people who are prevented from using the app.
Irritated Quarantined mom,
Worked great until they changed it
I actually really enjoyed using this app but I logged in today for it to tell me to use their new app which doesn’t have the scanner to check if an item is eligible for payment. If I wanted all the extra information about my retirement and hsa investment options I would go online not use an app. Thanks for ruining the only purpose this app served.

App doesn’t tell you your available balance to withdraw. Fidelity should just stick to investing, not HSA. I deposited funds and still don’t have access to the funds. It’s 7 days and counting. Told me to call back in a couple of days if still not available. Also made medical payment with debit card 3 days ago and bill is still not paid.
User or,
Needs improvement
Ok app but Optum HSA app is way better. Need ability to scan documents and bills for record when they are paid from your HSA. and when you pay a bill, you can automatically scan the paper bill as record.
rockface!yeah!,
Log-in does not permit copy/paste
The log-in screen does not allow me to copy/paste from my password manager. I use randomized and highly complex passwords, so not being able to copy/paste from the manager is a huge problem. Deleting app until this is resolved. There’s no excuse for not enabling a copy/paste function for log-in credentials.
NathanStehle,
App not processing claims
The app stopped processing claims. Unclear if it is the system or the app. So going to lose money while trying to submit some final claims. Good thing my former employer switched away from Fidelity for FSA. They still use Fidelity for the 401K, so hope people don’t lose money due to incompetence like this.
T3rse,
Absolute Trash
This Health App, the Fidelity App and the Fidelity website are absolute trash for submitting FSA expenses. The UI and navigation are horrible and confusing, the uploads almost never work, if there is an issue they just deny the expense and don’t actually tell you what was wrong. Fidelity is the absolute worst for FSA.
BrizzyB,
Useless App, it only shows your balance.
There is no link to your insurance as shown in the screenshots nor does it allow you to track expenses as stated in the app overview.

There is no reason to use this app. It does not do what it says it does.
