Not Bad!

I’m in 5th grade but I’m not able to go to school because of this virus, so I decided to get a learning game to play while stuck at home. I think this game is really good except for the fact that you need to pay for the full version. You can only play three games unless you unlock the full version of the game. Having the full game to be free altogether would have been nice since everyone can get a full learning experience instead of only having three games to play. I would recommend this learning app to anyone wanting to learn but also pay for all the learning activities. Though, to anyone wanting to learn but not pay, I wouldn’t recommend this app to you, you should probably find a different game that lets you learn without paying a cent. The price to unlock the full version of the game isn’t really pricey. I haven’t paid for anything in this app so I’m not exactly sure how all the other activities are like. It is awesome but..

So, I am a 4th grader and my parents got this app for me to get ready for 5th grade. It is a great app but I wish there were easier things that could be done. First of all, the “ Cell” section in science..I only knew about..one word...but it is very challenging, and very organized but, I wish there was no voice and I could just listen to maybe..some 2019 music. This app is awesome and challenging for 4th graders going into 5th grade. Since it is summer, my parents wanted me to get off my iPad more and do more “ real” things. I agreed and we made a family plan. I hope other families can enjoy this app just like me when a 4th ( going into 5th) grader is bored!

Awesome!

I'm in 4th grade but going to 5th. I got this app to prepare myself for 5th grade. It's the best! There are no ads ever, which is great because all of my other apps have them left and right. At first there are two free games that you can play, and you have to pay $3.99 for all the rest. That's the 👎 part of the game. There are so many learning games in the one app. Math, science, reading, writing, spelling, more! If you tap on one of the mini games it asks you a few questions, then you get to shoot a pot of gold, or pick your favorite animal or fun things
like that. Some of the mini games have fun things to do when you're learning. For example: it could ask you what the remainder of the answer is. If you get it right, you will be able to pop one of the balloons. Or there are zombies trying to get inside the castle, you have to answer the questions to avoid them from getting in. This app is awesome! You should definitely get it!!

This is so frustrating

When you get the app you have to pay a big subscription to just get like all the apps and there’s only two you can do and it’s spelling and math and personally me being about 10 in fifth grade on my parents think that it’s too much money to pay and I have to be stuck doing the same lesson over and over again about things that I can’t even master because I don’t have other ways to do it it’s just one way and all the math is a little bit complicated and frustrating and my parents are like yeah OK that’s fine yeah do those two and it’s just not satisfying enough for me to want to click it rather than my amazing pizza app in my home decor line that’s like blowing up on myMy phone and I would personally rather do some of the other games I have rather than this one but if they want to fix it that’s cool I’ll play it more but it’s frustrating I would rather do math personally I just want other kinds of snacks that I can do you know and not feel like oh wow this is so hard.

Lots of Limitations

This app says you have 12 games when you open it, but when I opened it, it only had 3 available. I gave this app three stars, because it only comes with three games at first, but they're pretty fun, but after a while they can get kind of boring. It also has only a three month free trial then you have to pay for it. You can redeem it by clicking the little gear in the top right corner and holding it for three seconds and there is an orange button that says redeem purchase. Overall, this is a nice app, but I think they should add more to it such as HAVING ALL THE GAMES WHEN YOU START AND NOT HAVING TO PAY AFTER THREE MONTHS AND ADDING MORE SUBJECTS LIKE SOCIAL STUDIES AND SCIENCE AND NOT HAVING JUST MATH AND LANGUAGE ARTS!!!!!!!! Anyway, this is a good app, but again, they could definitely add more to it. Bye now and hope that you found this helpful!!! 😊👋🏻🤗

Great app

Hi! I’m in 4th grade going into 5th I’ve used all of the apps but none higher than 5th grade. This app teaches a lot of diffrent things. From my experience with this app some things are hard that’s also because I’m in 4th grade but that doesn’t change the fact that I like this game. I think this app I really cool it just needs some other subjects like history etc... Other than that this app is perfect for other kids. If your in 4th-5th you should definitely try this app out especially while we’re going though the corona virus so yeah try this app out it’s great for your learning skills. I LOVE THIS

I have so much fun with this! There are so many different options! The only thing I would change about it is the fact that it needs a subscription to do more than two or three lessons but other than that this is perfect! It’s fun! It incourages me to use my brain! Teachers can build custom lessons! So if you found this and you are in 5th grade, have students in 5th grade, or have any friend or family member in 5th grade, then congrats! This app is for you! It’s nothing like the horrible IXL or the uneducational Prodigy, this is WAY better! -PS more schools need to know about this!

Good but repetitive

I’ve been using this app with a tutoring student and he really likes it, especially the math section. I have noticed a few issues with it. While playing the exponent section, it keeps telling him that he earned something new for his fish tank but we’ve never found the fish tank. During the root word section, he earns stickers but it never allows him to reposition the stickers. I’ve found the questions in the exponent section and root word section to be very repetitive. There needs to be a more extensive database of questions with more variety.

On the Timed Facts section, the time given is quite short. I’ve not seen where to change that so I’d love to know if that’s possible.

My student stated that he would like some sort of game on every section, if possible.

With that being said, the price for the app is steep but I feel like I have certainly gotten my money’s worth from it. It has helped me motivate a very reluctant learner to work hard!

A little unfair

This is awesome and it really helps you with math language and science, The games are fun too and you get your own profile the only suggestion is can you please add more games I only have fractions and root words it’s not really helping kids learn if we only have 2 you can buy the full version but it is $3.99 and I mean I already bought the app how much more can you ask for?also these math problems on fractions are really easy for 5th grade can you please make it a bit more challenging? Other than that the game is perfect👍

Soooo good

I love this app I’m in 3rd grade going into 4th and I always like a challenge it’s not that hard and I really really really love it make more like this keep up the great work!!! 😍😝😋🤙♾🙃🥰🙂😇😅😂🤣☺️... but there is one thing you can change in the spell lesson I really like it but maybe you could add a definition after it spells the word and one last this sometime when you press the correct letter it says it’s wrong and you lose your streak but when you try again it says it correct so fix that please that will be all bye now
