Right direction, needs work.
Love the app and idea, but the app needs some work. Besides it freezing, some sections just turn white and you must close to app and reopen it. Able able to see your metrics (believe is was in older versions) would be nice. Currently, you only see your hydration amount and number of scans. The footprint section doesn't tell you any information on what is happening, context aside from the title would be nice.

Love this!
It’s kind of like the Fitbit but for water intake. I love the competition with my friends on this app. We are all very active and this is a great way to remind ourselves to stay hydrated. The app is super user friendly. I love this company and everything they stand for. Also, I love the different colors you can get for the bottles. I personally own about 6 of them now and have them on rotation so that I never go without fresh water. Thank you!!

App freezes, incorrect reuse data shown, cannot save my profile picture.
At times, the app freezes and I have to close it and reopen. I cannot save my profile picture (I can save and see my background picture in my profile, as I’d expect though). Reuse data in the home view shows zero or other incorrect values on all the three time periods, which is not correct based on my reuses. It also shows zero average reuses for me, in my profile page. Can you please look into this, and fix such issues?

The app isn’t accurate at times. I scan like twice and it didn’t add to my leaderboard in my group. There are time it tells me I have scan a good amount but there is a amount of it just disappears from my records. Though I do think it’s very interesting app as it does help remind me to stay hydrated

Love tracking my impact
I have several Cupanion/Fill it Forward bottles that I rotate weekly. They are so great! This app helps me keep track of all my fill ups while giving back in a great way. Most importantly I’m drinking more water!

Make it add data to apple health app
I wish that this app would add the water that you scan to your Apple health app for water tracking. It knows how big your water bottle is so it wouldn’t be hard for it to just add how many oz of water you scan a day. Serves it’s purpose beyond that.

App worked well until last week
App was working good for a year and a half, then just stopped working about a week ago. Just get a blank white screen now. Tried to delete and reinstall app on two different phones and still not working.

Not Great
Just started doing this in early January. Love the idea and what it stands for, but nothing in the app works or is even accurate - except for the scanning count (today, this week, this month) on the main menu. kind of a bummer when there’s cool groups you can join and your water count for that is completely inaccurate. Maybe it’ll get fixed one day.

Stuck on white
This app has not worked on my iPhone 11 since it last update over a month ago. It gets stuck on white screen every time it is launched. I opened a support ticket but it was closed with no follow up or solution provided.
