Video Player Fail
Just downloaded. 3 stars for the quick updates, info, and access to the latest write ups. Total fail of the video. The player does not work at all. Oddly, though, I can hear the sound from the video, but no images.

A great app with missing data becomes mediocre.
I’ve been using this app for three years and it used to be a great way to follow FIS cross country races. I used it to track bib numbers and results at major time splits while streaming videos (on other services). The data on athletes and countries was invaluable.
The only major flaw was and is that the viewing area on an iPad was no bigger than it would be on an iPhone.
This year (2023 season) the app has become useless because the data for some major FIS cross country races is totally missing.

What’s the heck
It is a great app if the video were to work. Not sure why the video does not work. I see others have the same problem. I thought it was just me. I hope F I S gets it together, I would like to see the winning runs!!!

World Cup Ski Fan
Have been using this app for a few years to
follow the World Cup. It’s not good it does not tell you how to watch the events. I know that Peacock and the Olympic Channel show the events but you don’t know when unless you take time to search the TV guide. It would be nice if the event schedule had the time and channel on the schedule.
It seems the app was designed for the team coaches and not the fans.

No customer support
The good - its an entertaining ski game, little difficult to master but fun.
The bad - no customer support, I have a significant billing issue where the app over charged me and I haven’t heard back from anyone, plus the daily rewards do not provide any of the items they say they will and the team search is awful, impossible to find any teams.

This app is perfect for quick race results!!
This app has worked great for me!! It is super useful to get quick race results and it has everything that I need to see!! The FIS app is super helpful, I love it!!!❤️❤️ 10/10 recommend!

Fix it!
Race results I get without issue. News is often useless. Click on it and the screen goes blank. Click on it and it plays lead-in music for too long and stops, all the while with a spinning indicator that a file is loading. Click on it and another aberration reveals itself. Are you aware of this? Please fix it or remove it.

Useless
First of all, the icon for this app looks nothing like what is pictured here. Second of all, quite simply, nothing works. Only able to get last seasons results. The view covers about a quarter of the screen. As others have noted, all you get when you try to view a video is a black screen.
